I've worked in the industry for 10 years now with 5 different Management Companies. I musssssssttttt state, working for Ventron within the past 2 years was/is awesome. When you give 100% passion in your performance, you are truly appreciated and recognize. They are very open minded to leadership and taking control in your own position. The owner of the company is very involved physically on every property. The senior team very, very supportive. Ventron is less blue color traditional and more family supportive. I highly recommend Ventron as a career than just a job.
Have not returned any of my emails or my calls concerning my deposit that their company took and has not returned! But that is fine cause I hope they keep the same energy when my lawyer contacts them on everything!!! I got my proof and receipts!

I have been employed with Ventron almost 4 years. I started off as an Assistant Property Manager and promoted within a year to Property Manager. Ventron truly believes in promoting from within. I have been in the Real Estate industry for the past 15 years and worked with several companies. I've been working with Ventron Management for the past 5 years and one of the things that stood out the most from the first few days with company, is the support that I received from upper management and the owner himself and also the superior customer service and professionalism everyone in the company offers. They go above and beyond to make sure that the employees have all the tools they need to be successful and rewarded for their work. We have several communities throughout metro Atlanta and they all are very in sink with each other and work together as a whole so that everybody's job is made easier. There was always a sense of family with the company from the very beginning which is awesome to have since most of our days are spent at work. I highly recommend Ventron Management as a choice for a career or career change if you are looking for a new start.
There's a reason I DON'T apply to apts online and this company among others are the reason why. And the only reason I did apply is because of the current situation going on. They are quick to take your money without doing things the correct way. When you do call them (corporate and the apt complex) they don't answer the phone. I guess thieving people out of money is the way these companies make their money.
their apartment complexes are like the third world. This is the park at east ponce in Georgia.
They do not clean up trash and just let it pile up.
