Would have liked to put no stars . Treated like a second class citizen. Not allowed to go on breaks even though others take cigarette breaks and coffee breaks. Bullying on going and several staff members off sick with mental health issues. Stay away from this toxic company

I have now worked for Ventrica for over 6 months a...

I have now worked for Ventrica for over 6 months and have enjoyed every moment of it! Free fruit Wednesdays, massages and the other incentives really helps drive the performance of the sales teams. Everyone always trys their best to help other members of the team and there is some real camaraderie among all employees. All in all a great place to work!

I was working here a year ago and never went back because the managers for the DHL apartment were beyond rude. The job itself was easy - but the managers were atrocious and so rude. I had never had anything like it.
I was there to work, not to get my personal life bought up.

I have worked at Ventrica for nearly three years now. I thoroughly enjoy working for this company, and it is not a struggle to get out of bed every morning like my previous roles. As long as you have a competitive mind set you will go far. The benefits are excellent (especially free fruit wednesdays, free ice cream august and the back massages). There is also a multitude of languages and cultures, the staff and management where I have worked are kind and understanding people. I highly recommend working here if you are a team player and enjoy customer service.
