I have never personally worked for this company but have had several conversations with some of there drivers over the last few years. I was always impressed with the overall impression I got from them. In response to the review stating that they are racists,I can't speak for your specific situation but I can assure you that the drivers I have encountered were from all different ethnic backgrounds and none have ever expressed that to me. I lived almost next door to there terminal in the Poconos and can say with certainty that they do not appear to be racist. I believe you may have had a bad experience based on your work ethic or your overall qualifications as a driver and it is easier for you to rationalize it as being a race issue. I may be looking for a career change very soon and if I wind up at this company I will update this review.

I worked with them they are... THE BEST. I WANNA GO BACK!!!

One of their trucks almost hit us, then along the interstate they swerved and were driving iradically.

Spoke with a company driver today, inquiring about the company. 3 drivers at the end of a long day, their trucks parked. When asked if it was a good company to work for, I was asked on what scale. On a scale of 10, the one driver answered "9 1/2". All 3 agreed. I spoke with them a half hour, and heard only good things. Now, this is what a prospective employee wants to hear. Thank you Dale, and your Co workers. Not one of them would even consider another company. I am currently seeking a good company to work with, and have started the ball rolling. I have heard some drivers bad mouth and speak ill of their employers over my 20+ years on the road. Happy to say, you are doing something right at Venezia, and with the right attitude. I will speak with recruiting in the morning. Brooksville, FL here, glad to have found a possible new family to work with.

They are racist towards black people worked with them for 2 weeks and left not worth the disrespect

Had an interview with them they flew me from Chicago and nice people but the new shop they want to open want you to tank wash trailers and do mechanic work as well all by yourself and no running water or a bathroom facilities have to use a port a potty service etc I been in this business a long time never seen or heard of working like this and osha's would have a field day with this completely unsafe process and they flew me home same day I'm actually glad I'm not going to work in a situation like that my life is more important than working in those conditions

We all know Dawn most likely did something stupid she shouldn't have and then wants to blame the driver...passing on the right, fail to yield on an on-ramp. 99% of the time its the 4 wheeler that causes the situation...and the sad part is they are so stupid to even realize it!

I been with them over 2 years now have never been treated so good by a trucking company i am treated like a person not like equipment I just love it hear will work hear to i retired

A truly family oriented company. Here, you're not a number, you are a name, you are a part of their family. I would recommend this as a place to work, to anyone, involved, in any aspect of the trucking industry.

One of their trucks ran me off the road, with intent this morning, I could hear the truck speeding up and all of sudden I was off the road, he didn't stop. he kept on going. I called the company to alert them of this. I left a voice mail and no one , so far, has gotten back to me, not even to see if I was ok. I don't think I would use a company that wouldn't at least check up on a situation like this. Shows lack of concern for their community.

Very racist people .....They dummy trainer asked me to back up into a trailer and told me to stop ...I swear god he set me up ...then he walk inside the office to get his fat guy and they told me I can t back up ...it was so funny when I heard that ,....I have 7 years experience with a million mile and clean record....God will get you ...I get a job the same day ....but keeping up with your racism

All staff are very good at their jobs and professional. Just started looks good.

I am a current driver for this company. I have never been with a company that stands behind their employees like they do. They do everything they can to help in any way both personally and professionally. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to work for a company where your work is appreciated and you feel like a member of their family. I have met and grown with many people here and I have honestly found my home with these people.
