To many e mails with conflicting amounts but generally a good service

Our old boiler decided to conk out after giving us 18yrs and we needed a new ASAP . We got our loan over 5yrs and it was easy and quick to sort out . Once the finance was done the new boiler was in and working in 2 days

I have recently started a contract with Vendigo to finance a new boiler. They were extremely efficient at arranging the finance. They were also very helpful and considerate about checking with me after installation, to ensure I was happy with the work before they paid the contractor. There was a small issue with the initial installation, and they were very helpful about waiting until the work was completed before granting payment.
I have not as yet paid any of the monthly instalments, but the way they handled the initial queries have led me to believe they value their customers.
I haven't given a 5* rating as I haven't started paying installments yet. There is nothing to indicate that there will be problems.
At the end of my agreement I will be in the best position to give a 5* rating.

Fantastic process, so easy to apply and book and then topped off with a brilliant installation. It has been a pleasure from start to finish. The whole thing took 2 weeks from application to install but xmas and new year was within that time scale so I can only assume it would normally take 1 week.

Put up with luke warm water from old boiler for quite a while as mainly used electric shower. Decided to take plunge and buy a new boiler. The boiler choice offered to me was excellent after answering a few simple questions.
The flue replacement for my boiler ended up being more involved with extra extensions and bends as part of it ran through studwork.
Heatable were true to their word with a fixed price installation.
The whole process has been hassle free and I would definitely recommend them.
The 0% finance was the sweetener as i was going to wait until March.
Again another hassle free process.

The guys at vendigo were great, I couldn't have asked for more. They were proactive in helping and kept all their promises. Would add more stars if there were some.

The process of obtaining the credit was straightforward and not difficult. I was slightly confused as I was getting correspondence from two companies but eventually found out that Vendigo was the Broker and Omnicapital was the Lender. Other than this, the explanations of the credit agreement were clear and concise.

Overall experience with Vendigo Finance is very positive and I appreciate their professional approach; however experience with original company iHeat that installed our boiler is extremely poor, disappointing with no professional ethics at all.

Overall the experience was quick and clear. However, It was frustrating though, that we were forced to reduce our up front deposit, and then pay higher monthly payments. There was no clarity why this happen other than 'the underwriters said'. It made no sense, as this model means a person is more likely to default, as they have to pay higher monthly payments. The reason we wanted to pay such a large deposit was so the monthly payments were more manageable.

Communication and all other elements were very good.

Very quick and efficient everything done online, communication was very good and a completely hassle free experience. I would highly recommend. Craig the engineer from Heatable was first class he re routed the boiler pipes so the new boiler would fit in the kitchen cupboard, he explained everything fully and cleaned up all the mess.

Brilliant service. Can't believe how quick the whole process was. From going unto the heatable.co.uk site, then unto the Vendigo site to get the loan sorted for my boiler, was a straightforward and smooth experience. I like that you can keep an eye on your payments and check out the balance at anytime, just by registering on the Vendigo site. An excellent experience all round! I'd highly recommend them.

The fitter,s arrived at 0925 and got on with the job in hand. They replaced my combi boiler kept the work place and out side clean through out the change over. As a recommendation by my father, we chose to purchase our new boiler via heatable.co.uk

The arrangements were very quick, very easy and very secure and our booking confirmation was confirmed promptly.

A day before our installation date, we received an email notifying us of the time our engineer would be arriving and much to our satisfaction he was on time and completed the job within 4-5 hours. The engineer worked very hard and kept his working areas clean and tidy.

Once our new boiler was fitted, we were shown all of the controls and also shown that everything was working correctly and as it should. The old boiler was taken away by our engineer and we were satisfied with our service.

All in all, a great recommendation from my father. And fantastic service by heatable.co.uk, and the gas engineering team on the fitting date.
