Great! High security... you can not go to your room thru elevators if you do not have the security card. Without the card, it wiil inhibit you to select the floor you want to go. Free parking if you check in. The pool & the jakuzzi (so hot) at the 2nd floor is also great.
Manila Marriott Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in the Ninoy Aquino International Airport area. This hotel has a variety of complete facilities to pamper guests, starting from a swimming pool, fitness center, spa and many more. This hotel belongs to the category of high-class hotel, with a fairly expensive price, we get something comparable to the price paid. So if you visit Manila, stay at this hotel.
Great Food. I love the buffet here. Your money will get what it's worth for.
Dining at Marriot Cafe was great! They have paluto station.
High security, lovely staff and ideal if you are taking a trip out of Manila terminal 3. RW casino next to the hotel and lovely views of the army golf course outside. Food and drink is high quality and there is a lovely mix of western and Asian dishes and beverages.
Nice and cozy hotel room. Friendly staff and great service. Beautiful Pool at The Deck. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner.
Great rooms, food is also superb. Staff are friendly and helpful, location is OK as it's 5 min walk for the airport, but could be convenient for some.
Nice place. Close to airport. Super clean. Newly opened west wing with additional restaurants and a coffee bar. Buffet is huge but a bit repetitive, I work overnights so all I've ever seen is the breakfast buffet. I've stayed here several times and it really doesn't change much. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is attached to a mall and casino. This mall is a bit high end and nice. Tons of food and shops with a movie theater.
Very nice place and clean. Close to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. I like the free shuttle service idea. Good customer service and great food. I highly recommended Manila Marriott to anyone who like to visits Philippines
As per a new regulation I have to quarantine for 7 days before being able to fly home. I have a package with all meals included during my stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dinner came on time, looked nice but way too salty. Bottled water is available but in the 350ml presentation. I need to drink tons of water and feel guilty with all the used plastic. Room is large and very clean. Day 2, food has been corrected and I am very pleased with the service.
Great service comfortable rooms and the lounge is amazing
Staff are always thoughtful and helpful. You can now walk to terminal 3 - can't get any closer than that. Great workout facility. Exec lounge is great!
This Hotel is exceptional. The staff in the executive lounge are the best in the business
Friendly staff, nice room, surrounding location has a few stores that are sufficient.
Great place,,,nice ambiance, accessible to all. There's a mall beside the building and a church nearby, and also near at the airport.
Top Notch Marriott especially for business & awaiting international overnight flight to US mainland. Have (always) stayed at this hotel, several times (2012, 2014, 2015). Hotel offers half day (for a little more than a half-rate) with prior overnight stay, checkout by 6pm for those w/late 9-11pm departures. Well-appointed, modern, and upscale rooms (at the time). Bathroom, shower & tub are fantastic, everything very clean, wonderful towels & robes. Free shoe shine w/in-room services. Laundry professionally done but not inexpensive. Bed & pillows - plush but firm the way I like it. Always a good-to-great night's sleep and not sure what makes the difference here vs other hotels (maybe b/c the filtered air inside this hotel is a helluva lot cleaner than what's outside). For business, desk space & arrangement is fine for a couple days. I opt for upper-floor rooms (which costs more) for the complimentary evening hor-dourves & wine/beer service on the top-floor for Marriott members (offsets the cost in my opinion). Security practices & policies ensures personal safety & property protection throughout the hotel (use your common sense of course); rooms have a good but compact safe that will hold a laptop, tablet, small purse and documents - about what a men's briefcase holds. Did not use Spa or Pool during stays. Bar & restaurant are very pleasant, great dining, relaxing. Hotel is priced for international travelers & upper-class locals (no way the average Filipino could afford this - country needs to substantially improve political system, government, social systems, healthcare, energy, education, and eliminate idiocy, stupidity & corruption, and stop catering to narrow-minded selfish rich in this country... Star of Asia...yeah right)... ANYWAYS...compared to hotels between Makati & downtown Manila and the airport region (Pasig City), the familiar Marriott name for US travelers, quality accommodations & services makes this my Top & Only Choice in this area of Metro Manila. (Anywhere else in Metro Manila requires staying at a hotel there or you're in for a real nightmare. Thanks to absolutely stupid transportation infrastructure due to incompetent government, what should take 10-20 minutes to travel 20-30 kilometers (as in the US) consumes 2-3 hours of my lifetime attempting to go anywhere in Metro Manila. Hard to see how Uber or Lyft would help. Yes, I use Jeepneys & other public trans if I have to but can easily afford my own taxi here.)
The Marriott is connected to the large Resorts World entertainment & casino complex via an indoor mall - good to great options for adult fun & entertainment. The Casino...not at all like Vegas...likely to take your money & not give many comps in return - my take on Resorts World (let's see how they fare with their new Vegas casino eh?). And some fellow gamblers are not the kind I'd have a drink with. As with anywhere in the Philippines watch your pockets and especially keep safe your US passport - but I don't feel the need to do so while wandering inside the Marriot. (Hey...I was born here.) Great people, great food, great hospitality in the Marriot and thru-out the Philippines. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING places to visit & things to do. (The government of the Philippines - ABSOLUTE STUPIDITY SINCE THE 1970'S. Have I said enuf?)
the rooms are pretty nice and the lounge is great as well. I'm not a huge fan of the location as far as attractions go but it is conveniently located next to the airport which is nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and informative i was happy with my stay here.
Terrific hotel. We stayed in the west wing which is absolutely beautiful, great new room
Was only in the lounge area for a series of meetings. There is enough table and chairs around of different configuration for you to converse with properly.
Service was a bit better than other hotel lounges even though the cashier area is within eyesight.
Clean and very comfortable stay. Conveniently located near the airport and they provide a free shuttle service to go to the airport. I would have given a perfect 5 star rating if only my room was not situated at the West Wing side which was quite a long walk going to mall access.
Top notch, gives you a world class international 5-star feel. The buffet was great.
Our fave place to stay whenever we are in RWM.. rooms are nice, their service is great, oh and their room service food is good too specially the sisig tacos!
Tempura was not cooked well. They run out of stock of Salmon sashimi. Good thing the other dishes still tasted well.
It has been the best experience!! everyone is so nice, helpful, and the rooms are beautiful and clean. Not to mention, I love so much the Security, they work hard to make you feel safe as a tourist. The food is delicious!! I definitely recommend this beautiful resort.
This residential is very very nice! The first time I go here I was amazed!
rate a bit too expensive. do not even have any promotions for local residents
A good conference venue. Worth noting the distance between the main lobby and the conference space. A map is required for your guests not to get lost
Very nice hotel
Good property with very good facilities and friendly staff.
Executive lounge is a very good setup, nice services, good staff, spacious place.
Gym was quite good, with steam and sauna available.
Room service options were a bit limited though.
Excellent hotel with excellent hotel services.
A very special lounge, large, and it has many services.
Room service does not splash out a lot of options.
Not a good place. Do not go there again. Only for special people and snob !
Highly Recommended.. nice place and their foods are really good.
Nice hotel with super warm, welcoming and lovely staff, always smiling and friendly. Hotel is connected with a small shopping mall with fancy brands, casino and another hotel. Breakfast in the hotel is amazing, many options to choose from mediterranean, asian, japenese, continental cuisine. There are some restaurants, spa and massages places near by. Airport is not far as well. Therefore good to stay for few nights if you have a connecting flight.
It is how it's five stars were earned. Cozy place but a bit too expensive
We got a free upgrade from guest room to premium room thru our silver elite membership status. Room s extra nice but the queen beds seems to be a bit smaller than the usual queen beds I m used to (not sure if it s version ). Anyways we got ample room, my kid was able to get to do his homework on the table inside the room. We are facing the golf club and had very green view . We also got the membership lounge for PHP4,500 which covers our snacks, dinner and breakfast. Pretty good deal rather than eating separately in restaurants. The lounge serves good food, they were serving lechon, braised beef, lamb chop, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, fruits, cakes, Filipino kakanin (sweet treats), fruit juice, coffee and water. Awesome experience! They also have shuttles to the airport that is why we booked here a day before our flight back home to Seattle. Definitely recommended if you want to stay in the area, lots of things to do and lots of good food .
This hotel gave me a great perception on the Marriott group. The hotel staff are friendly. The room are extremely nice, the lounge is alsp a good addition to a good trip. The location of the hotel is connected to the mall and casino so it is also convenient. Getting a taxi during rush hour is a bit challenging, but I guess that is. Manila thing rather than the hotel itself. The staff were also very helpful on check in check out and getting concierge to book rides for guest. Five stars for sure
Their grand ballroom is nice and cool ecen though its already summer.
Expensive Hotel, SMX is much better place for convention than this one
Great hotel. Will stay there again when Im back in Manila
I compare all Marriott properties rooms and service to this Marriott. They treat you like family.
Great location if you want be near the NAIA airport, casino, and shopping stores. Great service and they are very courteous. I got upgraded to deluxe suit with awesome view. The room is gorgeous.
I think this hotel got the most delicious Burger ever. Rooms are amazingly big and clean . I really enjoyed my stay
The new building is new and quiet from the casino. The convenience from the airport is high.
A great place to play in the casino while staying overnight in transit
One of the best hotels in the Philippines. Conveniently located next to the airport and the mall.
We always enjoy ourselves when we're at the Executive Lounge at the Manila Marriott West Wing in Pasay City. We visit the above Hotel twice a year all the way from San Diego, California
Excellent facilities and service. Do not miss visiting the casino inside the hotel. 100% recommendable.
