Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay. Elegant venue for celebrations. I will truly recommend this to everyone for a weekend getaway.

Prolly my favorite hotel in Manila :) staff are always friendly and helpful, the spa is clean, the breakfast buffet has a good spread, everything smells nice and it s very conveniently situated near the airport and resorts world that offer free shuttle rides to and from different points of interest in the Metro. Always a top choice

Great buffet meals in the main restaurant - highly recommended. Busy lobby - lobby bar is great for people watching. Rooms are reasonably priced for a 5-star hotel, although unremarkable in terms of ambiance and outlook. Location is good for overnighting after a show or event at the casino, or for catching an early flight at NAIA terminal 3.

The place itself was amazing! Food was great as well. Customer service was "just ok" for 5-star hotel like this, there wasn't something that marked to me which could have probably changed my rating to 5, maybe because it was simply an ordinary customer experience.

It is so big I got lost. But so much to theater casino's shopping ect.

omly try the spa, it's really good, very relaxing, but they therapist didn't do the whole 1.5hr, u think around 1.1hr

My stay there could have been great if the hotel staff were easily accessible and available to the needs of their guests.

The room is nicely done especially the floor to ceiling see thru glass wall between shower/bathtub enclosure and the bed area.

Truly a service beyond expectation. As I needed someone to receive my deliveries from lalamove, Ver from Concierge department went beyond expectation by telling me that he can receive them all and pay them on my my behalf so I can do my errands before MOA closes. Since the deliveries were perishable items, he made sure to place it in the freezer and arranged for it to be delivered to my hotel room just before my check out. He organized everything and I made my stay super stress free. I mean, no other hotels around the world will do that specifically for a guest if you're not their frequent customer. Amazing job Ver! Thank you once again.

The food is nice, nice ambience, great customer service

Have been flying in and out of Manila for over 10 years and this is always where I stay for my overnighters to the Islands from NAIA. The security into the hotel gives you a sense of security if that is a concern for you, so don't be alarmed when you see security with firearms. Location is close to airport, staff is superb and rooms are comfortable and clean. The executive Lounge has great meal and drink selections. If given the option, I would select with room purchase to save you time and money to get meals outside of the hotel. This trip I was surprisingly upgraded to a Junior Suite in the West wing that is now open. It had 1 King Bed and 2 Bathrooms (we did not even use one bathroom), dining table and separated rooms for sleeping and TV viewing with a balcony view of the city and golf course (see photos). Been to a lot of Marriotts and this by far is the nicest I've been to that's not a spin off... Not JW's or Ritz or anything else. From their amenities, to rooms, thier concierge lounge, and especially their service here!

My favorite Marriott Hotel, anywhere! Excellent facilities, excellent gyms (2), excellent pools (2), rooms are big, elegant and comfortable. Executive lounge is superb and they offer and excellent selection of refreshments and hors d'oeuvres.

It's nice, if u like your hotel near a casino and mall. But nothing spectacular...

Cousin had his wedding here and since most of the relatives were here we also had a family reunion in one of their smaller rooms. The food at both events was delicious.
Rooms were comfortable and generally quiet. The pool was decent and they had a gym. The cafe on the ground floor was decent.
Staff were very friendly and helpful as we managed to swap rooms (twin vs. double) with minimal effort even though the rooms were booked for different lengths of time.
The hotel has an internal connection to Resorts World Newport Mall so if you want to go for a comfortable walk then that is an option. There isn't too much around the hotel at walking distance though. Nice central location close to terminal 3 of NAIA but you would need a vehicle to get around to places nearby like Mall of Asia.
All in all it is a really luxurious hotel. Nice food, friendly staff and clean facilities.

It's okay. I don't like the steak to pricey and not that delicious.
