Velo Schrade Review

Was there today and was served very well despite the direct mail bike! Friendly, competent and well equipped!

Great and nice shop, top advice, highly recommended!

The service is extremely friendly and seems competent at first glance, but the work is done very sloppily.
In my opinion, the price / performance ratio is not right at all.
Here I am only going to describe one of the problems that I had: The gear shift of my bike was defective when I gave it to the service, the operator said that the gear shift only had to be cleaned (it still cost 100 CHF). After driving 3 times, the gear shift didn't work again ... Another mechanic then found out that the gear shift was totally broken ... I don't know why this was not recognized in the Velo Schrade ...

I bought a Trek Fuel EX8 XT. The customer service is absolutely professional, was able to test various models and since I couldn't make up my mind right away, a bike was even reserved. In a nutshell, you are a customer here.

Recently, less interested. Monotone information. Yesterday I was there for disc brake. Cheap answer: "can come through holes on disc brakes so-called grinding noise when man drives too fast. Will now also sweep Velo Schrade out of my list. Let's see how the other 'Mechs are
