The service is extremely friendly and seems competent at first glance, but the work is done very sloppily.
In my opinion, the price / performance ratio is not right at all.
Here I am only going to describe one of the problems that I had: The gear shift of my bike was defective when I gave it to the service, the operator said that the gear shift only had to be cleaned (it still cost 100 CHF). After driving 3 times, the gear shift didn't work again ... Another mechanic then found out that the gear shift was totally broken ... I don't know why this was not recognized in the Velo Schrade ...
