I would like to give you all a story regarding EXCELand there sister company VEHICLE CONTROL SERVICES.
The company is corrupt from top to bottom.
This works like this.
They do this in the hope of getting as many tickets as possible to maximumise there profits from the patrol officers what issue the tickets.
This is why so many people in sheffield and surrounding areas recieve so many ticket off this corrupt company.
They ticket people for anything to make money.
If you do not display a permit properly they will ticket you for it. If you park an inch over the white line they'll ticket.
The patrol officers are provided with "HOT SPOTS" to go to where people park unkownly that they'll be ticked for parking there. AVOID THERE SITES LIKE THE PLAUGE! Because they do and will ticket for anything.
The company as a whole is completely corrupt unprofessional and run by thugs who think they can bully and patronize staff and the public to get what they want which is your hard earnt money.
I would advise any business who has contracts with them or parks on there sites to AVOID and cancel any contracts and find a better parking company. They are vile people and do not care aslong as they are in pocket.
the company needs to be shut down and the managing director and management locking up.
