Dr. Thompson and wonderful staff could not be more caring. All 3 of my kitties have received excellent medical attention and I would highly recommend the entire staff!!

More knowledgeable than the other vets we have been going to. Very understanding and passionate. Very professional staff.

I love this facility! I got a 4 month old kitten in our new home of Nevada and was very nervous about finding a vet. I am over protective and a big worry wart! They answered all my questions and took great care of my kitten. I now take him there for everything. Wellness visits , grooming and boarding when needed. Thank you guys so much for all you do!!

I brought my matted-up cat to be groomed thinking she was so badly matted she'd have to be shaved. To my surprise the groomer was able to comb them out! The receptionists are very friendly and give you the time to discuss whatever issues you are experiencing. I love this place.

Easy to schedule appointments, front desk staff is very helpful, and vets are wondeful! I was nervous when I got my kitten, but they made me feel right at home here.

Friendly and feline-focused, we prefer taking our kitty here even though it's a bit of a drive from Sparks. The best reason to come here is to ensure your cat is not spooked by doggies. It may however be spooked by other cats, but the old kitties lounging in the common areas are social and not likely to stir things up.

dr.Thompson is the best,so if worried about your kitty,don't be....the staff is amazing.my kitty monkey let him hand scale his teeth(no drugs)....he is the best.

My cat is tiny, very shy, and usually afraid of people. Not so with Dr. Thompson and staff at VCA Feline Medical Center. Dr. Thompson handled her slowly and deliberately, and she really seemed to like him. He took time to explain what was happening with her, why he prescribed what he did, and what steps we would take to clear up her problems. He ran tests and called to explain the results. This clinic isn't cheap, but you are paying for experience, compassion, and state-of-the art care for your cat. Emphasis seems to be on prevention, which I like. Everyone, from the office personnel to vet techs to veterinarians seem to love their jobs and go out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable.

We have been taking our cats to this vet for many years. The DRs and staff are dedicated to excellent care for pets, cudos.

The vet was very responsive to our questions and we got the test results the next day.

Fantastic place to take our cat to for regular check-ups or when we have concerns. Appointments are very easy to obtain. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Ample parking.

My 11 year old cat recently became ill and I took her to Klaich Veterinary Clinic and was told the worst thing you could ever fear for your cat. They indicated that she likely had lung cancer and the future was not looking good for my precious baby. I paid for x-rays, radiology viewings from an external practitioner, blood work, the whole nine yards. I wanted a 2nd opinion before making the heart wrenching decision of putting her down. I called VCA Feline Medical Center and explained our situation. The receptionist was very compassionate and understanding and scheduled us in the same day. We met with Dr. Waller and I was touched by how affectionate she was with my cat. She introduced herself to her first before poking and prodding, and really helped my baby feel at ease, which for me, is very relieving. Dr. Waller reviewed her records and took additional x-rays and confirmed my greatest fear, that my life long friend was truly terminal, and that the best thing we could do was get her comfortable, and prepare to say goodbye. The amount of professionalism and compassion she displayed was a major eye opener that I could never use another vet again, and that I had wished we would have come here sooner. While my ending wasn't as happy as I prayed, I'm grateful for the staff and everything they did to help. A truly amazing facility.

They focus solely on cats which is what I like when I bring my Lunie in for her checkups. You can tell they really care for your kitties. Awesome staff and great doctors. Dr. Fleming is knowledgeable, funny, and has your kitty's best interest.

Wonderful vet with wonderful staff. They always have a few cats enjoying the sunshine in their front room as well. They've taken care of my new kitten and I exellently!

The best veterinarians and staff in town! Kind hearts and expert care.

Dr. Thompson handles my very scared and tender kitty with more compassion and gentleness than I've ever seen in a veterinarian. He approaches so carefully and speaks so softly that he almost appears to be in slow motion. He performs his exams in no hurry at all, and takes time to explain everything to humans in the same calm, soft spoken voice he uses on cats. Watching him lift my little ball of fur into his arms, supporting her carefully and gently hugging her to his body was actually an emotional moment for me. This is the only vet I will ever take her to.

First vet. I really liked. My cat was ill, she diagnosed him correctly, but wanted to to run blood tests. I didn't hear back about results. I called and they said she was off and would be back in 2 days. Offered to have me talk to another vet. I said I would wait since she was the one who saw him. But, they had another vet call me. That vet would not look at what other vet said. Which was really important, my poor cat was having IBS problems and even though blood tests were normal, they wanted to go another route. Which would have been unnecessary. I ended up purchasing a different food. Problem solved. He has gained weight and doing well. My main problem with them was poor communication between vets and not listening to me.

It s a lot of stress and concern when a pet is ill and they can t just verbally tell you what hurts. These fine people care, they listen and have epic compassion

How surprised I was to find a vet hospital just for cats. No more canine stress. The staff was courteous, kind and professional. Not only did they successfully treat Sylvester for urinary tract infection, they also gave me cost-affordable options to obtain that treatment. That being said, they essentially treated me as well as my cat. Thank you DR. Waller and all the support staff at VCA Medical Center. I will be back.

Love this place. Both my cats were having some dental issues that needed attention ASAP and the staff made time in the schedule for me to be able to drop them off so they could be seen when they had time. They worked with me on a payment plan that they offer that has an affordable payment schedule(the program is CareClub), that provides my two senior cats with all the services they are going to need for the next year. The payment plan saved me a lot of money in the grand scheme of things. The Careclub also gives you emails/texts( you choose, not a requirement), about scheduled auto deductions of monthly payments and updates/reminders of routine checkups/vaccinations/medications refills my cats. They made it so easy. Special thanks to Cirilia (I think that's how you spell it), she is always so personable and helpful in the office and when she calls with updates. Keep her around, that lovely woman deserves a raise in my opinion. Thanks again VCA!!!

Can't say enough about this place and the vets! My cat was going through kidney failure and they were able to allow us to have an extra year with her. We moved out of state and the new vet stated looking at the records it was a miracle what they were able to do as her numbers were extremely hard to come back from. Thank you so much to the wonderful doctors as they are top notch!

Dr. Santamaria is the absolute best. The staff here are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend VCA Feline Medical Center to any kitty owner who is looking for compassionate care.

Excellent customer service and facility! My cat was very well boarded and entertained.

I am so impressed with this place ! We took our Chloe in and they were all so wonderful ! She had to stay the night to run tests and we picked her up last night. She woke up this morning and I think she's going to be ok ! She's a bit of a handful to say the least but they were wonderful with her !

The moment you walk in all the shiny faces behind the desk greet you. They made me feel so welcome along with my fur baby Sushi. He was getting neutered and shots. Very reasonably priced, clean beautiful facility, the Vet was professional and answered all my questions. Here were are 5 days out and my guy is his rambunctious self, maybe a little calmer, which my blinds and curtains are grateful for.
