I attended an interview in crmit. The process was quick and comfortable. It consisted of 2 rounds Comprising of technical and managerial. and hr round.

Better avoid interviews, because they do it for timepass.

Worst company with a bond for 2yrs. Inefficient HR n worst appraisal process. My ex colleague suffered a lot. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.

It's a private IT company. Easy to walk from central silk board signal. Only thing is you get your directions right. Else, you will end up tired in such a crouded main road. Otherwise company is pleasant.

One of the worst company I have ever seen.I have cleared all the rounds ,they put my profile on hold saying the reason that I am expecting more. I have clearly told my expectations and experience while scheduling the interview. Dont waste your time for this company interview.

CRMIT is a new Startup and this office occupies the sixth floor in this building. There are many other startups and companies in this building. It is situated in the hosur main road on the way to electronic city. Other landmark here are furlenco and Nissan showroom. This place has got good views and it got its own parking.

Each and everything was perfect, but the selection procedure was not so good for new members

Very bad experience with Finance team...useless interview in CRMIT

Don't waste time on giving interview in this company . One of my friend went for the interview they asked for previous company verification , they completed that . Then they asked for certificates . They took all the certificates but not given any results. They didn't reply to emails and phone calls also. Very poor management. If you are not selecting candidate atleast don't ask for certificates.

It has good atmosphere to work. Colleagues are very good to each other, they help each other. I heard that the work load is not too heavy in there. They work on Salesforce technology.

I was here for an interview. I was shortlisted from my college . They gave a date for an interview and called around 50 students. There was a aptitude+ Technical round and after that an HR round. I didn't get the offer. As I was unknown to the process.

They have a slow interview process. Also, they don't reply with the results. They don't reply to your follow up emails. I got the feedback after many feedback stating the application is put on hold. I could not understand the meaning of hold.Either rejected or cleared should be the options.

I had been here for an interview , the company is on the 5th floor and it's not so big in area, staff could be better

Good company,but there selection procedure is quite confusing..

I went for interview it went well and they called for 2nd round HR discussion it went well ,they collected documents and they sent salary break down also but they didnt released offer letter saying position is on hold ,if you guys dont have opening dont conduct multiple rounds of interviews and waste our valuable time.

Awesome place. Cafeteria is not good though. Peaceful place to work.
