Love the staff. Judd in Used cars is always friendly and helpful. Bought a few vehicles from him. The service dept staff is very knowledgeable. Pat the Manager always makes sure to say hello when I go in for my oil changes or other service needs.

I was interested in a used 2016 MKX they had. Spoke with Nick Z about it. I agreed to come back the next day with my current vehicle to be appraised for a trade in. I went back and went thru the process. I sat in the MKX while they appraised my car for about 25 minutes. He then comes back and gives me the appraisal value for my car which was fair. He then tells me the MKX is already sold. He then can t understand why wasting my time like that would be frustrating. No apology to start with or anything. Unbelievably awful experience. Haven t dealt with a sales person this bad in a long time. Completely turned me away from the Lincoln brand now

Bought a new Lincoln MKC; Received a call from the guest services person to set up an appointment. Met with salesperson Jeff N. Fantastic service. Didn't try to up sell, provided options within the packages we were looking for; was thoughtful and considerate along with a followup call regarding the experience. Will do business again with Varsity Lincoln! Thank you!! Michael O

Love this place. Just bought a car. The sales people and the financial staff were excellent. No pressure at all to buy. I told the staff what I wanted and what I could afford. And, just like magic it happen. I have a great car. I am so thankful and grateful for the blessing.

I purchased a new vehicle yesterday from Karen Sabatini. As always, she is such a pleasure to work with, definitely the one to see when you're looking to buy a vehicle. Karen has been providing the best service to my family for more than 15 years, she's helpful, courteous and has a great deal of knowledge on the best deals. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend that you contact Karen Sabatini, you won't be disappointed!

Wow! I brought my Ford Fusion in for a needed oil change recently after being treated poorly at a nearby Ford dealership and decided to leave there before we even started. I was super impressed with the customer service. And, their waiting room is over the top! Work station - which is just what I did while waiting for my car. Selection of beverages ... Coffee, tea, water, pop ... Snacks. Large television. Comfortable seating to watch television or whatever ... Great experience.

What an exceptional experience! I picked up my new car last Friday from Deborah Edwards, and it was as easy as she could possibly make it! She took a great deal of time showing me how to operate all the features of the MKZ, and actually made it fun! The car is beautiful, and was prepped impeccably - I just couldn't have asked for better treatment. There is no better dealership than Varsity!

"This is by far the best car dealer in Michigan ": My wife contacted and visited many car dealers before going to Varsity in Novi. I wasn't thrilled with the idea of driving one hour away from our house for a simple car dealership. She was in love with the place and team. She said that the first day she drove there, the vehicle she wanted to see was just sold. When they heard that she drove that far to see the vehicle, Jeri the manager came over and talked to her, apologized and gave her a $25 dollar gas gift card. Ben, the sales representative, tried to find her something similar and while she waited, she was provided with coffee, snacks. In general, they made sure she was comfortable. She said she really liked Ben because he was really nice, friendly and patient. He promised he would find her the perfect car. Later I met Ben, Jeri and the team and I understood why she loved them. They are really friendly, professional and welcoming. Ben followed up very closely with all our requests. He was able to fulfill my wifes wish list for the car. In less than 3 weeks he found the perfect vehicle for my wife. Also he was able to give us a really good price. We simply couldn't say no. After our purchase, Ben was really good on addressing any issues with the vehicle. He even sent drivers out to pick up the car so we didn't have to drive the long trip back. But honestly, for this great service I wouldnt mind the drive. Great team, great value which is why I can say that this is by far the best car dealer in Michigan and I'm planning on returning to them for our next vehicle purchase

The service here has been wonderful! I purchased a used vehicle and noticed the touch screen was freezing. Judd had me in a rental car the same day to work on the screen. The service department quickly addressed the issue and replaced the screen. I will definitely be a long time customer here!

Very strange experience. Visited there yesterday to look at and test drive the new Corsair. My lease with a different brand vehicle was ending and I was investigating a change in brand. The salesman who greeted me and my adult son invited us to his desk area but never told us his name. He gave us several printouts of the packages for the Corsair but never offered us a test drive. I thought this was strange, since this dealership was recommended by a couple of the online rating services. I even showed him a printout of one of the specific referrals. My son and I left without a test drive or any inquiry from the salesperson as to my level of interest in purchasing or leasing the vehicle. On the drive home I stopped at a Cadillac dealership a few miles away on the same road, where I was graciously offered a test drive of the XT5. I will be picking up the XT5 tomorrow.

I just wanted to write a review about the collision shop. I had two separate accidents on my 2014 Fusion and they took care of both of them on time, supplied and scheduled a free loaner for me. Unfortunately my wife had a little fender bender with our explorer and there was no doubt who will be using in the next couple weeks!

Tried making an appt online but website was dowb. Stopped in for a "Quicklane" oil change. Waited 15min for someone to speak to me and was told it would be 2-3 hours... for an oil change. Obviously not in the business of efficient service. I went somewhere else.

I really loved a car that I test drove and was planning to purchase it but it was getting towards closing and told them I would be back the next day. Jim Montroy (the sales guy) called me in the morning the very next day and told me another dealer in Grand Rapids wanted to purchase the car and asked if I was serious about it. I said "of course! I want the car!". They asked me to give a deposit, which I did and I told them I would be in within the next few days to buy it. The manager Jere Law called me the very next day and told me that they had sold the car to another person. I thought the whole point of putting a deposit on a car was so this doesn't happen. This is shady business. I don't believe any of their stories. A reputable car dealer would not take a deposit and sell the car from under you. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOUR DEPOSIT WON'T BE HONORED

Honestly I don't understand how this dealership has so many stars. Some people are very nice and seem like they know what they are doing and just when I believe that I talk to someone who doesn't have a clue. One example, I have picked up rental cars every time my car goes in for service from the dealership without an issue. I do this to save mileage on my lease (if they come and get it the mileage they put on goes against my lease). Called today to do the same thing and the tech tells me they don't do it? What are they talking about? I have done this very things sooo many times! There are lots of other situations like this but I don't want to write a book here. I am just really confused and I am thinking about getting a Caddy to replace my Buick this winter.

We had a great expericence at Varsity Lincoln, and we will definitely be going back for our next car. We purchased a used 2013 Lincoln MKS with Ecoboost. Definitely can't beat the Lincoln CPO warranty. We initially worked with Ben Leece. He was very helpful and attentive. When we went back a couple days later, Ben was unfortunately off, but we needn't have worried because we got the opportunity to work with Mike Cash. Mike was super helpful. Mike had the service department hoist up the car so we could take a look at the undercarriage. He also had them measure the tread depth of the tires. We felt a couple of the tires werent really up to snuff, but once again Mike had the solution, and offered to swap them with tires off a lease trade-in. Mike was very easy-going and friendly. If you are interested in a CPO vehicle, definitely contact him. I would also like to recognize Stephen, the finance manager. I dont have a best credit, and he initially offered to buy down the interest rate. When I told him I had been pre-approved with my bank for an even lower rate, he negotiated with their credit union to match that rate. Overall, I think we got an awesome deal on our car. Not only did we get an excellent vehicle, but we were able to purchase the extended warranty and tire protection, and still have a reasonable monthly payment. Not to mention that the customer lounge is nicely furnished and comfortable with a great selection of snacks and coffee. Like I said, we will definitely be back, and I highly encourage anyone thinking of a Lincoln to check out the dealership

I went to your dealership today to pick up my vehicle that was being serviced. As I walked into the service area - several (more than 3) of your employees were NOT wearing a mask. As I approached the first service desk - the man sitting there did - then - put on his mask. What is the point of wearing a mask - when you only put it on occasionally? Not wearing a mask pollutes the air - so wearing it occasionally defeats the purpose of catching COVID. The porter who delivered my car tome also had his mask around his chin - exposing his mouth and nose. Everyone was very helpful - but I'd give this dealership a ZERO when it comes to public safety.

Overall LOVE the car. Bought the car in a hurry and noticed some issues after I got it home. Varsity sent someone to pick up the car and fixed most of the addressed issues, then returned it. Thankful for that, and impressive service. The salesperson sold me wheel insurance (bought it because low-pro wheels are expensive and get bent pretty easy) but left me with two curbed rims even after I asked for it to be addressed (all four had pretty bad curb rash).

Extremely poor customer service! After totally finishing the deal on a car, I called in the next day to get the status and they said it was sold. The head sales person, Mario, specifically transferred me to someone else knowing that he had sold the car right from under me. I agreed to put a deposit on the car, but Mario said it was unnecessary knowing that he wanted to be able to sell the car from under me. Further, they had shopped my credit at five different lenders which resulted in five hard pulls on my credit file. This is outright fraud to negatively impact my credit file when there is no vehicle to buy. I am going to pursue legal action for the fraud and I will additionally file a complaint with the BBB. Totally underhanded and unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and use another dealer. They should change their name to Cutthroat Lincoln, that name is far more appropriate.

My wife and I have been leasing vehicles from Varsity Lincoln ever since the dealership first opened. The sales staff and the service advisors have been no less than excellent throughout the years. I recently leased a Lincoln MKZ from Varsity Lincoln and the process was streamlined and hassle free as usual. We consider ourselves customers for life and I would encourage anyone looking for a quality vehicle from a dealership that is courteous and caring throughout to stop by Varsity Lincoln for an enjoyable no pressure shopping experience.

Larry Porter is just a terrific salesperson. I was actually working with another dealership when I stopped by Varsity to take a test drive. Larry saw me looking at MKZ's outside the dealership, and took me inside to work out a deal that was superior to the one that the other dealer was offering me. Larry had great follow-though during the entire process, and won me over. Everyone else has been extremely nice at Varsity. Hopefully, the service on my new Hybrid will be as superior as the sales staff has been!

I was looking for a 2016 White MKX AWD...so a very specific kind of pre-owned vehicle. My salesman, Jim Montroy, in Novi, MI was very helpful and kind. He was not pushy and very pleasant to work with. The office is very neat and clean and all the employees were professional and friendly. He helped me with filling out the paperwork online which made it so much easier for me. When I came in later that day to pick up the vehicle I had a few forms to sign and it was a done deal. Jim took the time to help me transfer some of my belongings from my previous vehicle to the new vehicle then showed me how to use the Sync system while pairing my phone to it. He also informed me the dealership has classes on the Sync system every Saturday which are free of charge to their customers. I am enjoying driving a luxury car and glad that I was able to purchase my vehicle from Jim Montroy at Varsity Lincoln of Novi. I look forward to a long lasting relationship with the kind folks at Varsity Lincoln.

I was very dissatisfied with Varsity Ford Lincoln for the Collision work that they did on my vehicle it was in there for a simple bang up on the right front fender which I guess they had to replace the whole front end of it which is the clip that is very usually done anyways on that vehicle. I will have to say that they did give me a courtesy vehicle what State Farm did not cover on my insurance due to health issues I needed to have a vehicle so they gave me one but as a customer support individual for dealerships and the Auto industry myself I believe that there is some other things that they could have given me as a courteous for all the work that I had done there covered under insurance and not covered. My car was in there for over 2 months and not once did I get a phone call from Varsity Lincoln telling me any cost what damage was done what they had to do to it and just about everything else I was always promised a follow-up call from someone at Varsity to let me know the standing of my car not once did somebody call me back and let me know anything I had to call my brother called and so on. Like I said I was in the automotive industry my entire life in the service end of it being a service manager running stores and so on. Had it been me taken care of this vehicle I would have offered the customer something as a courtesy other than a car that should have been given to me anyways. Sorry Varsity but you need some work on that end of your customer service problems follow-up especially

Reply to request for more info: We had an appointment at 10am in the "Quick Lane" for an oil change. I expected something like a 30-40 wait. Shortly before 11am we called to see when the car would be ready. We were told 20 - 25 minutes. At ~11:40am I went in to see what the continuous delay was. Our vehicle was just finished.

This dealership is top notch. I bought a Lincoln Navigator from them in 2012. The vehicle has been amazing. In 8 years, I haven't had any issues with the vehicle until this month. The transmission, after years of service, was stuck in first gear. This happened a day before I was leaving for vacation at Hilton Head, so was in a hurry to get it fixed. At this point, the people at Varsity really came through. I called my sales person, who talked to her service department. Within 1 hour from the time I talked with the sales person, they took my Navigator in and diagnosed the issue. Turns out, the 8 year old battery was weak, causing the transmission malfunction. They replaced the battery, which fixed the transmission, and I was on my way to Hilton Head that same day!

I have been buying new cars from this dealership for years but just recently had the pleasure of buying a beautiful used MKC from Judd in the pre-owned department. He was wonderful...even came to my house to get the papers signed! I really appreciate all his help and honesty. This was a pleasant experience and I think this team is just wonderful. Thanks so much to Judd and Varsity for making my purchase such a nice experience. There isn't enough great customer service around anymore so I truly appreciate you guys.

One of the best dealerships I have ever done business with. Recently purchased a CPO MKZ. Ben in the used cars department was very friendly and the purchase went smoothly. Got home and found an issue that needed to be resolved and Brandon in the service department got it in, got me a rental, and took care of me with no issues. There lounge is nice and well stocked with snacks and everyone is friendly.. would recommend Varsity to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I always go to Varsity Lincoln for any service that I may need - and have been more then pleased with the way they treat me. But the last time I was in for some service, a service guy named Jeff did my paper work, and this guy I felt had not a clue what he was doing or even talking about. Almost like they just threw him out in the service area and said "Good Luck" It made me feel better however, knowing that he would not be the one working on my car. I will still continue to get my service done at varsity because they always treat me good, but will make sure that I don't get Jeff as my service writer again.

Think twice about buying a used car from this dealer. I bought an 09 Jaguar that had issues with the radio and headlight. I called within a few days of buying the car to inform them of the issues and was told to bring it in, so I did. They replaced the headlight but I was told that I would have to contact a Jaguar dealer about the radio. Within a month I started having electrical issues with the vehicle so I had to purchase another vehicle because the car was unreliable. I have since found out that I am having the electrical issues because the cars "brain" is directly linked to the radio. I've called my sales person, Mike Cash who told me that he would contact the service manager and get back with me. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have repeatedly contacted Mike but now he will not respond. My uncle to is devoted to Lincoln and is buying one and asked me for a reference for this dealer and I told him to shop elsewhere because he will not be satisfied with their customer service.

I wish my experience with the Collision center was as good as my MKX. I had hail damage from a recent storm, the repairs covered by AAA. I did not have rental coverage at the time. I was referred to Enterprise at their location for a rental at full rental price. I was never offered a loaner or a reduced rate rental at anytime. I called the day after I dropped off my vehicle and my call was returned at 6:15pm. I was told it would be 9 days. Instead it was 11 only after I called two times for updates. I asked to have the car taken for an alignment while in the shop, that did not happen. I returned the rental because of the expense and was promised a pickup at my employer which did not happen, plus no one called to inform me of it. I found out by calling on Friday before closing. The communication in the office was lacking. I love my MKX but this experience has left me doubting the reliability of their collision dept.

Easy and convenient drop off. A service coordinator will text with me my status and let me know decisions that need to be made and keep me informed of how things are going including pick up time. I have used the transport service in the past to get to and from service appointments from my home as well. Outstanding job!

While visiting family in Michigan our side view mirror on the driver side was broken by a sideswiper. We needed this repaired ASAP in order to drive back to NY for our granddaughters graduation party. We want to thank the entire staff at Varsity for their understanding and assurance that they would fit us in and get it done. We are so grateful for the care we received and highly recommend this dealership
