I brought my Ford Fusion in for a needed oil change recently after being treated poorly at a nearby Ford dealership and decided to leave there before we even started.

I was super impressed with the customer service. And, their waiting room is over the top! Work station - which is just what I did while waiting for my car. Selection of beverages ... Coffee, tea, water, pop ... Snacks. Large television. Comfortable seating to watch television or whatever ...

Great experience.
