I went in there today just to buy a coil. The man gave me a coil that was not in the plastic casing. I asked why it was not enclosed in anything and he said he swore he just opened it because he could not break it off the rest of them (It is perforated!!!). I took it as is and when I put the coil in and waited the 30 minutes for my juice to absorb into it, it tasted really burnt. I have been using the same mod, tank, and coils for the last 2 years and I have never had an issue until now. Very unprofessional and dirty environment. The only reason I am giving one star is because at least one is mandatory in order to post this.
