Vantage Point Title is an exceptional company. As a Georgia Mobile Notary I especially appreciate that their paperwork is always neat and correct for their signers. I also appreciate their attention to detail and their willingness to work with their clients to meet their needs. I also especially appreciate the staff, lending officers, and personnel who go out of their way to communicate with their clients and the assigned Notary. Also - they pay the Notary promptly, which is always appreciated!

EDIT: After posting this review, I was contacted by management at VPT to help settle my issues. Paul did a great job of taking over from the employee who was less than stellar, and he was very communicative and responsive. I was finally able to close after 5 long weeks of back and forth and I am happy with Paul's service. While I am very satisfied with the assistance I was provided after I posted my complaint, I believe more training is necessary within this organization, especially due to COVID. If you are assigned this title company, do your homework and make sure you ask questions and keep yourself informed.

OOF. Do yourself a favor and run far away if you are assigned to this title company. The first correspondence I ever got from them was an email asking for me to give out personal info via unsecured email. My name was spelled incorrectly throughout the documents, and the agent assigned to me even referenced the wrong address when I was corresponding with her. They will check in one time, not reply back for a couple weeks, and then suddenly become very responsive come the time when you are to wire them funds for closing. I wish I could give them 0 stars!

Vantage Point did my refinance closing documents through Monster Loans. They are unorganized, indifferent, and not thorough when dealing/processing monies, titles, or deeds. When dealing with my closing documents they were hours late in getting the documents to the attorney. Once I was able to sit down with the attorney to sign, they inserted my father-in-laws name as my husband. When they were asked to correct the mistake they took 3 days to correct it which delayed my recording back further. They did not check to see if the real estate taxes were paid by the current lender prior to collecting the taxes for closing. I then had to contact Monster Loans to get my reimbursement back which took 3.5 months. Vantage Point did not note the overage until I notified them 2 weeks after closing. They then took a month to process the overage. They then sent the check to the wrong address. They then took over a month to cancel the old check. It then took them 1 month to recut the new check and send it to the correct address. What a clown show of a company. Save yourself a headache and request a different company.

save your time. if their name is in the paperwork, ask for a different title company. since we signed the closing papers in december 2017 we still don't having the title and deed combination completed. nothing but a running around. not their fault everyone elses.

Still waiting. Vantage Point contacted us and said they'd solve the issue. Still waiting.

I had another title company totally drop the ball on a deal I was working on closing day. I reached out to Vantage and the team was extremely responsive and helpful! Paul went above and beyond to help and was able to close my loan in 3 days, what the other title company couldn't do in 3 months!! Vantage will absolutely have all of my future business!!

I m a Real Estate Broker from Ohio. I called two days following a round table closing to follow up on my sellers proceeds. I was informed that Vantage Title has a 4 day funding policy. In Central Ohio we customarily fund closings at the table. Don t expect Vantage to conform to your markets customs. The staff is well rehearsed and prepared to defend their funding policy. I requested details about funding 24 hours prior to close and was lead to believe it could fund if closer faxed documents over for approval in a timely manner. There were no funds at closing and closer was never given instructions to fax the package for approval. This is a 2 day escrow close. They don t fund at closing.

make sure you check your documents if they owe you money after closing, becuase they do change it after. We signed our refinance on in November, when they collected over 6K for town taxes, but the money were returned to them, because my previous company sent the payment to the town earlier. So what happened money? Still a mystery its been over 2 month and after countless time trying to get in touch with someone, I got 0 communication, they sent me a partial check and decided to sent the balance to my mortgage company for principal reduction, guess what my mortgage company disn't seem to get the money either. So they decided what to do with my money without consulting with me and changed my closing documents after they were signed. I still haven't recieved my money, I have been emailing them on a daily bases at this poi, calling is just pointless, no on epick up and they don't have a voicemail. So do yourself a favor and find a company tha actually hassome sense of customer service or at least have communication skills.

I always enjoyed working with Vantage Point. They were fair, organized and respectful to me as a notary. And most important always paid me on time. I would work for them again if afforded the opportunity.

Absolutely horrible service. Everything was wrong from the notary public being in a hurry and not properly checking documents, to funds disbursed to wrong institutions and accounts. I would HIGHLY recommend you find another title company. They are terrible to deal with.
