I interviewed here for a maintenance position. My background in maintenance goes back years. I can literally fix anything. Kelly, the maintenance manager, discriminated against me for my Army National Guard obligation. He was very bothered that he would have to figure out how to staff my position while I was away for my duty obligation once a month.

There's very bad communication there. Was hired for a job, told them I couldnt put in a formal 2 week notice at my job until I received an official Offer Letter. Was told that wasn't there process, then was told a week later I would receive an official offer letter. Was emailed on a Friday evening that I had orientation and receival of offer letter on the following Monday. Told Manager and HR Monday I would put in a 2 week notice. No problem. Got a call that Friday at 5:38pm from HR saying they were taking back my offer because they needed me to start immediately which I was never told. They need to be more professional!!

Hiring process is a joke!!! The new HR child ( not an adult, of course) does not know how to do her job!!!! BBB will be notified!!

I lost a $1200 600 mile load because they took an hour to unload the truck before us that only had 11 pallets on it. They refused to let us dock in another door that opened while we were waiting.

Great hours and pay but if you re new, be prepared to be watched like a hawk and pulled to the side for the most petty things so often that you can't actually do your job. If you're there to work and not make friends then this isn't the place for you, they make you feel uneasy.
