Revolving door, constantly hiring people that they have no job for. Training is a joke, the people who train you tell you to cut corners and dont do your inspections.
You go thru training then sit at home for weeks waiting for a call to start work. They also lie about the bonuses. They tell you that you get 500 sign on and annual 300 dollars. In reality it's nowhere near that. And if you e ever lived out of state, they illegally try to force you to pay your own background checks. Gave up waiting for them to call, and got a better job elsewhere. Dont waste your time. Awful company, office staff is a bunch of liars especially Paul.

Just saw a van pool van run a crosswalk wrong side of road nearly killing and elderly man crossing in front of 2 stopped cars. And the driver was an elderly man on OXYGEN!! Really!!! That s not what I would want driving my special needs kids around.. wake up Van pool license plate 10394 van number 6294

After raising our concerns to management after a few different avenues, things have improved. We got a new driver/route that has been timely both in pick-up and drop-off. We even needed to modify a drop off because visit schedules changed and it was seamless. Changing from 1 to 3 stars.

Terrible company to use for your child, I would highly recommend another company for transportation

I have to say I was very happy about the van my son was getting to school but I think it's unfair when the van is 20 minutes late and then leave after 2 minutes and then call me after they leave and not before . For months now no problem intil the day they were late and want to blame me for not being outside when I was on time and they weren't . The driver didn't want to answer when I asked why?. Poor communication

Supervisor rude help u when they wanna help u at they own pase so if ever a issue find a new bus service cause they won't care if u have to be at work they start a bus and find a driver when they want to

They are the most unorganized transportation company. They take zero consideration into the population they work with. Children with special needs greatly struggle with change and transition but this company only operates for the benefit of themselves and not the clients being serviced. My son has come home in tears that his driver made inappropriate comments about how other kids dress and he didn't like hearing her be mean. They exposed my child to a covid infected driver and never notified me. The school called me instantly to come and get him...that could of been avoided with proper communication. Overall we utilize them because it's who our school district contacts with. If this was something I was required to pay out of pocket then they would never get my service.

I applied for a van pool monitor with experience of 19 years and van pool going to say they going with another candidate. Just wondering how much experience do u need .
