I've always had positive experiences at Princeton Radiology, most recently just over two weeks ago. The check-in procedure was very efficient, the staff is professional and courteous, and the facilities are nice, although too much is compacted into a space trying to accommodate many types of procedures. My only "complaint" was the lack of seating of any kind in the check-in/waiting area, since many people were arriving at the same time, and it became crowded.

I have been to Princeton Radiology twice in the past few weeks, and several times before that. I have always had a great experience and it is my preferred radiology practice. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I have never had a long wait here. They send their reports to the referring doctor punctually and are thorough in their evaluations. Great practice!

I ve been going to Princeton Radiology-Princeton for years and have always had positive experiences. The same was true for my visit last week.
The staff was welcoming and professional and the entire process beginning with check-in was very efficient. My technician was very personable and comforting. Another very positive experience here!

The check-in is much better at 419 Harrison St now that you don't have to use the app. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the technician was very thorough and professional.

I ve been here 3 times for routine mammograms. My experience has been good. The staff is friendly and polite. Wait time is not bad. I understand that Covid has played a big role in that. I had a mammogram done in August and they called me again as found some calcification. I was suggested a biopsy and the doctor was so kind to fend off my fears. The radiologist was super nice too. My biopsy result came out negative so all is good .

I have had my annual mammograms at PRA for the past many years. Also bone scans and other one-off MRI s/CAT scans. 100% of the time, my experience has been exceptional. I am always seen at the time of my appointment. The staff is knowledgeable and personable. I am notified of the results of my tests in a timely manner. I would highly recommend PRA.

I was able to get an appointment for a CT scan very quickly. The check in process was very straight forward and check in was easy. Appropriate Covid protocols were in place so I felt safe. The check in staff and the person who performed the procedure were very professional.

I have been twice recently and both times they were able to see me as a walk-in late on Friday afternoons. When most people are looking forward to getting off of work and starting the weekend, people were always courteous, professional and friendly. Both visits were very positive.
