Very nice help with repair and maintenance of my stromer!

I received very good advice about the purchase of my E-bike. First expert support with determining which type / brand E-bike was most suitable for my wishes / needs. Then extensive possibilities for test drives with various (adapted to my wishes) bicycles. In short .. A super guidance during choosing and buying an E-bike.

Recently bought 2 bicycles from Van Ekeris. All the time is taken for you for good advice. The model of the bicycle was different for both children than they were used to. They were given a good explanation of how to get on and off and were allowed to keep trying until it worked.
The bicycles had to be ordered and made ready for use. They finished faster than planned both times. Top service!
I also have only good experience for my own racing bike. Up to 2x a spoken spoke. This will be repaired without any problems or costs. Professional top service here too !!!

Replace my steel steed after 25 years with a lightweight specialized fitness bike. What a difference !
The seller at Ekeris was also enthusiastic about this bike and helped me over the threshold, partly because of this enthusiasm. After an extensive test drive, I was up.
Extra service was also provided - within a week! - got a flat tire, which was repaired completely free of charge.
In the store you notice that they know about bicycles. so all in all, a great store where you will be helped by professionals.

We have been a Van Ekeris customer for years, I can say from the beginning in the Benschopperstraat in IJsselstein.
You will always be answered properly and provided with good advice.
I came with my bike for a major overhaul and Remco Peek showed me that the repair costs were very high given the age of the bike and advised me to think about a good occasion or a new bike.
After some "fitting" and a test ride (the bike was adjusted to my person) I bought the bike and got a nice exchange price for the old bike. The next day after some instruction from Alex van Alphen, I whistled through IJsselstein on my new Gazelle. After a week I went back to have the gear adjusted and to have a fixed seatpost fitted, I could just wait for that.

The bicycle will soon be re-adjusted for free and this will be done again in a few months.
Ekris is a great bicycle shop.

we enjoy our e-bikes very much, we have been helped professionally with extensive test drive and when it turned out that my bike was not in stock a super alternative was offered with a discount and an excuse for the inconvenience. a big 10. also on our old bikes from elsewhere just new gears were set up that we appreciate very much.

After a search on the internet I luckily found out just in time that Ekeris used just such low prices for my Koga !! And then you get a good conversation and comprehensive service for free.

Last May we bought two e-Bikes from Van Ekeris Tweewielers. The advice provided by Edwin during our visit was knowledgeable and valuable in making the right choice for us.
Ample time was taken to test various models.
Ultimately, the choice for a type of e-Bike was completely different from where we were
were and are still very pleased with it.

Unfortunately, I do not share this optimism. A few years ago we bought 2 Giant e-bikes, 1 of which needed maintenance. When making the appointment I was told that a full service could not be given because they are no longer a Giant dealer. When I asked how the software of the bike could be checked, they said that I should go to a Giant dealer.
So they can sell the bikes, but not properly maintained. Very Disappointing. In my opinion, Van Ekeris should have brought the bike to a friendly (Giant) dealer to have the software checked there. Now I have that problem

Look that is the difference with buying online. Remco Peek from Van Ekeris two-wheelers had the perfect solution for a problem I had with my bike. Friendly and helpful and they make time for you. A nice fresh business that goes the extra mile for its customer.

At Van Ekeris people take the time, they listen carefully to what the wishes are and the purpose is what you will use the bike for. Then a bicycle is searched for that best fits that goal!
Taste cycling, no point, just go pedaling but first adjust a bit so that you can pedal nicely.
Those who stay behind who do not cycle are meanwhile spoiled with a cup of coffee or fresh when it is hot outside (in my case).
Clearly told about service, asked if the bike should be insured or not, accessories, no point they also have.
After sales is also in perfect shape.
Not the first but certainly not the last bike that we have from there a top store that still knows about old-fashioned service.

When we had bicycle trouble during our bike ride of 250 km, we could go here fantastic! We got a cup of coffee, and our bike was repaired for free with skill.

Two years ago I bought my first MTB from Cube de LTD race at van Ekris. We were then helped a lot and also had good advice. As my right knee shows some defects, I went looking for an EMTB. I ended up with the Cube Rection Hybrid Pro 500. Discussed this with Ekris and it was a good choice. But we found that it was still difficult to obtain. But Ekris would not be Ekris if he could find one anyway and within a week he would be there. After a test drive, this was what I expected and bought it immediately. My old Cube LTD race was still in good condition and I exchanged it at van Ekris. Already made some nice rides on the EMTB and the kick support works really great and a lot less knee problems!

When I was looking for a new electric bicycle, I received excellent assistance at Van Ekeris. It has become the Flyer gotour 6. A fantastic bike, much better than the first generation of electric bicycles (which I bought elsewhere 5 years ago). Very satisfied with this decision.

I bought Cube bike in June that unfortunately got stolen in October, and at that time the store didn't sell this type of bikes anymore, but they still assisted me in getting a new one as I had full insurance from the shop. Overall I am very happy about the service I get at the bike store.

I bought a beautiful electric Gazelle bicycle, Grenoble , from Van Ekeris, after testing it at the Gazelle test center. A nice specimen, with the battery in the frame, and therefore the bike has a very pleasant balance. I had to wait a few weeks for it, but I received a phone call on the agreed day that the bike was ready for me. Big surprise! Everything was explained and adjusted until it was completely to your liking, and in the afternoon the bike was delivered. Have been on several trips since then, and it couldn't be better. I immediately had a good feeling from the first time, and I have the impression that this store does everything it can to make you feel at home! They really take the time for you to discuss everything properly!

Saddle of new bike cracked very much. Immediately received new saddle when visiting the store. Fast friendly service. Top!

My son's bicycle was repaired just as quickly in between. After an hour and a half received a text message that it was ready. Drive like a charm again. Good service, friendly and affordable.
