We have an all inclusive apartment.
Exactly what we want.
Only 250 steps to the beach.

TOP hotel in a great location. Approximately 250 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the beach promenade with lots of entertainment and shopping.
Rooms are newly renovated and furnished. German television. Balcony view of the sea.
Morning, lunch and dinner plentiful and good tasting in buffet form. All Inclusive guests have all alcoholic drinks until 10:30 pm free. Super friendly staff. The only drawback is the Wi-Fi. In the Loby, although free, but in the rooms for expensive money (currently 6 day) to pay. But with today's Handytarifen and Euro Rouming no problem.
All in all, I will not be here for the last time.

We found the hotel has an unbeatable proximity to the beach. All hotel staff were very friendly. Service and food were very good. Choice and taste great. Even the chef was not too happy with helping and bringing drinks, respectively. To clear tables.

I do not want to say that everything is bad here, but a lot. The rooms have been partially renovated, but are not well maintained. The food is uninspired, and the service is nil. Buns when gone then away, with juice is the same, and clear tables or cover new, no indication. There are far too few staff. Location is really good though. But that is also the only one. It is not dirty here but not completely clean. I have stayed in many hotels but the service is worst here. It just lacks staff. Many negative points could be resolved quickly with more people.

It is very clean in terms of top unfortunately a bit dated. The food is good but unfortunately not wasteful. The staff are very nice but there is not really animation and the three pools are too small for that the sea location is great. It would have been nice if the rooms were modern.

But unfortunately this is a problem with the WiFi reception, you book it, but you don't get it in the room, only in the lobby. Stupid if you want to communicate with your loved ones at home and have to run into the lobby every time.

The apartments in the middle building are totally renovated and well done. Except for the coffee machine and kettle, there is unfortunately no cutlery or plates and not even a bottle opener for the welcome wine. The coffee machine is so tight on the shelf that it cannot be operated there. You have to rearrange ... That is not a good solution. Before that there was a small kitchen with a hotplate, sink, microwave, cutlery and crockery.
Otherwise very satisfactory. The bathroom is very well done. The service is great ..

A very nice hotel, not crowded and very nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very nice, I feel very comfortable here. The food is delicious every time I look forward to the breakfast. Here, too, very friendly waiters unfortunately often stressed.

In itself the hotel is really nice. You come in and are greeted by a small, cozy foyer with white leather armchairs. There is also a drink dispenser here. This allows you to take water into your room for the night. The ladies at the reception are super nice and speak German well.
We booked a room which is right in the hallway behind the reception.
It is very nicely decorated and looks sherlock modern. You feel right at home. A flat screen TV is available, for which you have to get the remote control for a deposit.
I think the safe is very expensive for 25 euros for 10 days. A deposit must also be made here.
The room is clean. If you're picky, it could be cleaner. It is very dusty under the bed and the moisture in the bathroom caused minimal mold on the outside, which I think could have been cleaned away. Personally, I find it less tragic. The bathroom is also very modern and spacious.
The dining room offers a large buffet, which is a bit confusing.
The food is varied, but not always particularly tasty. For example, I had "frozen dry" chicken three times. Sometimes there is also live music, which I found rather annoying, but the others liked it because there was a lot of applause.
The pools seem clean and the loungers outside are nice and comfortable too.
The panoramic roof terrace is amazing!
Most of the staff are friendly and the service is good. For example, waitresses come to the pool and bring drinks.
Unfortunately we also had bad experiences. There are basically two pool bars. A chargeable one only for people who come from outside and one where you can get drinks for free with all inclusive. We sat at the wrong one and were sent down to the other, very friendly. Then the waiter from the right bar comes and takes our order. Come back with this one and ask for money. We showed him our ribbons and he only started to curse and say something incomprehensible to us in a rather inappropriate tone. Apparently we should have got the drinks ourselves. What we didn't know. Which we weren't informed about either. Then the waiter looked at us disparagingly and shaking his head, so that we didn't want to sit there anymore.

The location of the hotel is great. Right down on the beach and there is shopping right around the corner.

I would come back here again, but I would like some things to be worked on.

I'm disappointed. Does not deserve 4 stars. The hotel is completely rocked. I do not want to send pictures. Food is well, would have a better choice. One hotel fits the next. Who likes mass tourism is right here. Staff is mostly nice. The best is the waves and every day wind.

Hotel is very good for low working class and old people from Germany. Food is low quality, except fish. Stuff is nice and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. Bad sheets every 3 days but you need to ask them. They forgot. No parking. WiFi works poorely. Good for low budget.

I thought the hotel was okay but it does not have 4 stars. The staff is extremely polite, the location is perfect for beach goers. Furthermore, the all inclusive beach bar is extremely convenient, you are in 2 minutes from the beach at the bar and can quickly quench your thirst.

Clean and nice. But the breakfast has most of sugar high options, there is of course bacon and eggs, but then almost only cakes and bread. Coffee is good though.

Nice hotel with all inclusive. Had room 116 of the equipment was very new and modern incl.Air conditioning but we never needed because the balcony was always in the shade. Food was ok, there was always something for everyone. Location is great because only about 5 minutes from the beach. Can the hotel recommend and will possibly also come back.

We were there in July the 2nd time and it has changed a lot compared to April 2017! The food was catastrophic the last 3 days we went out to eat no smoothies more for breakfast mostly only 1 sort rolls for breakfast, too few staff. Rooms were ok and clean and the location is ideal that makes a lot of good again!

Great hotel! The food tasted great, the pool and the gym is clean and the staff friendly even if there were communication problems with the cleaning lady and the caretaker. The hotel is located near the beach and the front desk is friendly and speaks German.

I was with my wife for 2 weeks and we are both wondering where did these 4 * Every year we travel and we have a comparison. The room was quite ok, newly renovated and reasonably spacious and clean, friendly service, guests in this hotel and everywhere in Playa del Ingles make up more than 90% of Germany, and the average age is estimated at 60 years. No wonder that Ballermann Kneipen plays German disgust at every step. The rest of the guests on the island are gays, who, however, are not somehow troublesome. Returning to the hotel is the only plus is its location, the beach is about 50m and the promenade where you can do shopping. Unfortunately, the food is unfortunately 2 *. Every day, practically the same, in addition ill-seasoned and overcooked. 5 times a week, a Chinese buffet, if someone likes very tasty, but also the same every day. Swimming pool (iki) is rather 3 large bath tubs, generally crowded. For enthusiasts of naturism, one of the three blocks on the roof can be officially sunburned nude, as well as on the beach in a designated place. The offer between meals is to be offered snacks and attention here! - in fact, it is a toast bread not served with a slice of cheese and ham, it is not difficult to guess that it is not somehow delicious, you can order a burger but for an additional fee. The worst, however, for us is poolbar. It consists of two parts: commercial, the nicer one with music where you have to pay and the one for all outcasts, like us, located further and cramped where completely different drinks and alcohol are served. A little bit of discrimination. Summing up, we give 3 * and only for a nice room and nice service. We have already experienced all inclusive many times better.

Rating to be given solely on the buffet, as I was no guest of the hotel. Very good quality-price-variety. Tasty buffet with drink included. Strongly recommended compared to any other turisty bar on the beach.

Location is okay. The apartment is dated, plaster is falling off the walls. It is a shame that non-alcoholic drinks are only available at the machine until 6 p.m. (except water, but you must not fill up bottles) and 1 small bottle of water in the room (1 week per person), take the coffee filter with you !! Not available. Pools unfortunately not heated, lots of shade. At the pool bar only until 10.30 pm all inclusive, after that (1 hour only open) you have to pay. Bartender nice.

Good location, good service, tolerable food.

We spent a very pleasant week here (new part of the hotel 5th floor). The proximity to the beach and the friendliness of the staff, the modern equipment of the room with (quiet) air conditioning, kettle and coffee machine and the impeccable room service, leave such a good impression, the WiFi costs of 6 / day and the rather average food more than just being balanced.

The hotel is in a top location. Staff was always friendly and the beach is not 2 minutes away. Only downside was the number and design of the pools. Although there are several, no one is suitable for swimming as they are all too small and not deep enough. For varied food in the restaurant and sun terrace. Definitely worth a stay.

The decor was quite outdated in our apartment house. That should be renovated. The food was really great, but the desserts did not really taste. But everything else was great. Very nice staff at the food, and also at the reception. Delicious cocktails at the beach bar and a bartender, always in a good mood. Beach is nice too. We were from 1.-15. October 2017 here on holiday. The food was very good, the staff was nice. We had an apartment on the 3rd floor. Here some regulars met the already several years this hotel. Since it was very loud around, we helped us Ohropax off. Unfortunately, the "pools" were so small that you could not swim. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.

Our 4th stay in Gran Canaria and the worst hotel ever. The first apartment we were given was a dark hole right next to the elevator, which "noisily" drove through the bedroom day and night. From the shortcomings like shaky, dirty toilet lid, toilet brush, which was probably last replaced 2 years ago, a socket that came to meet you, etc. etc. everything was represented in this totally spoiled apartment. The tour guide and reception expressed regret, but the random principle would just be the same with the distribution. In half of our stay, we once again presented our request to a gentleman at the reception, who promptly assigned us another apartment that became available. A difference like day and night. Bright and friendly with a feel-good factor. Make sure when booking which room or apartment is intended for you. The hotel captivates with its proximity to the beach, but connected with it music, car noise and loud music until late into the night. The buffet looks rich, but the warm dishes are very manageable. There is a rich salad and dessert buffet. There is a Chinese kitchenette except for one or two days a week. Quite tasty, but who wants to eat Chinese so often? You shouldn't expect all drinks on the menu to be available. One or the other goes out and is only available 2 days later. The organization at the pool bar is also a bit strange. The rear area appears to be leased and is not operated by the hotel. Only the front area, with an extra bar, is intended for all-inclusive guests of the hotel. If an AI guest of the hotel gets lost in the area of the rented bar, he will be sent back to the front area. But since other paying guests can also be served in the front bar, the very pushy bouncers in the rear bar are constantly trying to lure these guests into their bar. With this strange organization, conflicts are predictable and often create a troubled atmosphere. WLAN is available in the reception area, otherwise you have to buy it. But this does not guarantee that there is always reception. You often have to take into account hours of downtime. The swimming pools are quite small and completely unsuitable for sporty lanes. The fitness center, like many things in the hotel, is getting on in years and is actually just an old equipment dump. On the roof is a nudist sun terrace where you can soak up the sun. Conclusion: The hotel has probably been around for a few years and they have failed to keep the condition. This makes a lot of things look old and in need of repair. Bad luck if you end up in an old room or apartment. Depending on the line-up, you may not always find the open contact person at the reception and you may be put off later because of lack of time. Otherwise the staff is actually quite friendly. The hotel was probably worth 4 stars, but now only 3.

We had booked an apartment with all inclusive. But all inclusive, as you know it from other hotels, gabs unfortunately not. A snack bar was no longer available. The pool bar was reduced to about 1/5 and consists only of a small narrow strip of the original pool bar. The larger part of the original pool bar is no longer part of the all inclusive area of the hotel and has to be paid separately. The second hotel bar (Royalbar) only in the hotel plan marked, but probably longer closed.

We came here from the bungalows Las Brisas for half board and I have to say that the food tastes very good. In addition, you have a lot to choose from and the food changes daily. Just great .... The staff is also very nice and friendly and speaks mostly German. Simply TOP!

Very good hotel, located directly on the dune beach. Wonderful starting point for daily beach walks. Swimming pool a bit small, but great sun terrace on the roof. Great food. With all inclusive nothing was missing and price performance great! Very friendly staff! We will be back.
