We rented on Saturday, a busy day.
When it was my turn it took a long time before I was helped. In the meantime, 2 people were helped earlier while I was still waiting.
When you rent a bus for a move, you really need your time.

Nevertheless: I have rented here twice now and can definitely recommend the company.

Had a very annoying experience, when renting the bus it all seemed fine, unfortunately damage to the bus came with driving. Since the case is only open from 9 am to 10 am on Sunday, it is not possible to report any damage to the counter upon hand-in, despite this, you still receive a call to the number, but there is also no answering machine on which you can leave a message. Despite the deductible, the full damage was passed on, the call was made very angry at first, which I do not consider professional, immediately also indicated about the damage, when suddenly other conditions emerged that for the sake of convenience did not appear. terms and conditions state that the reduced deductible does not apply to certain damage (these are in another document and are also not reported / shown during the collection of the bus) Very annoying experience, in my opinion points are not included on purpose in the GTC, and also do not correspond to Bovag guidelines.
Damage is annoying and can always happen, but normal handling could have turned the whole story around differently, so let yourself be well informed about the conditions.

Beware .. At this company, it takes a long time before the remainder of the deposit is written back to the bank account after final settlement. At settlement they say a few days, but after 10 !!!!! days no money back !! After a phone call, they hide behind general terms and "if there is a weekend between them it takes longer" in this time to keep money from others sooooooo long !! So be careful with dear people at this rental

Rented a van for a day. Everything clean, fresh smelling and good service at the counter. Upon return, the lower rate for 4 hours was calculated when it turned out that we had not used the bus for an entire day. Very neat!

Always treated fairly and staff think along for the best and cheapest solution. Now I had rented a bus yesterday, left my car. Passenger had forgotten to close the window, best rain that day, thought I would return to a soaked car. Came back late in the evening, these absolute heroes had closed my window with a garbage bag. No wet car for this kid.
