Had a very annoying experience, when renting the bus it all seemed fine, unfortunately damage to the bus came with driving. Since the case is only open from 9 am to 10 am on Sunday, it is not possible to report any damage to the counter upon hand-in, despite this, you still receive a call to the number, but there is also no answering machine on which you can leave a message. Despite the deductible, the full damage was passed on, the call was made very angry at first, which I do not consider professional, immediately also indicated about the damage, when suddenly other conditions emerged that for the sake of convenience did not appear. terms and conditions state that the reduced deductible does not apply to certain damage (these are in another document and are also not reported / shown during the collection of the bus) Very annoying experience, in my opinion points are not included on purpose in the GTC, and also do not correspond to Bovag guidelines.
Damage is annoying and can always happen, but normal handling could have turned the whole story around differently, so let yourself be well informed about the conditions.
