Van der Valk hotel Eindhoven Review

A massive over crowded modern place. Food is good but it is extremely busy. Wanna work, talk go elsewhere.

Soon, beautiful renovated and newly furnished rooms.

Autumn soup far too much cream, herb butter rock hard, no knife to spread, good service. Half an hour waiting for the soup. I'm not coming here anymore. Unfortunately

I was with OZO. Had to order our drinks ourselves. I ordered a bottle of beer, but I didn't get a glass. When I asked for a glass, the young lady said she did not have a suitable glass .... Do I have to continue?

I was there for a hitch hiking competition. I was there for a brief moment. The staff was helpful for finding the leason.

In general a very good hotel. I just noticed that even my comment on google is reviewed by their staff. Originally one star less since the parking is always crowded during my 2-day visit there. However, I would like to increase back to 5 star after receiving the feedback from the staff.

Unexpected overnight stay after a canceled flight. Prima received a massive flight to the reception, nice big room with bathroom with separate shower and a delicious breakfast. A warning: you need the room key (card) to enter both the elevator and the corridor. Do not think that you can go to the reception if there is someone else to let you into the room again, unless of course the reception makes a new key for you.

Decent food but a bit expensive for how massive it is. Unless you choose a 3 course meal out of the preselected dishes from a set menu.

Very clean. Generous rooms. Good alternatives due to the corona-related closed restaurant. We'd love to come back

After a very bad experience that I described earlier, I can say that they have handled it neatly and very sporty. Of course you cannot do the day itself again. As it is now solved with a dinner and a nice gift for the kids and the possibility of an upgrade for a room for the same price deserves a hot shower.

Almost all van der Valk hotels have a good lunch buffet, including this one. The first where you have to pay in advance.

Pleasant environment, clean, friendly and professional staff,food of the catering was pretty good. Coffee could have been better :)

Here is a supercharge place for Tesla, where you can use something while charging. The entrance is a bit awkwardly laid out and it is not immediately clear which way to go when you enter. Furthermore, excellent vdValk service, smooth service and reasonable prices.

Only been present during a few meetings. Just hotel, nice service. The food was delicious. Typical Van der Valk!

Nice hotel! Too bad there was no air conditioning. The rooms were very warm and if you open the window you can hear the highway very well. Furthermore, nice facilities, very nice swimming pool and good restaurants in the hotel. I went for the brasserie instead of the large restaurant. The sushi, ribs and sweet potato. Tasty and beautifully presented!

Extensively equipped and easily accessible. This place is very suitable as an e-charging station.

The restaurant has good service and good food for a good price.

The bedding is clean and comfortable, as long as you don't mind two singles pushed together and covers just enough for each single. This means that if you are bigger or you toss that you run out of blankets quickly. The room was old but clean, except the shower which has mold. When I called to point this out and ask for cleaning or another room the front desk pretty much told me "too bad we are full". I called back and pretended to be a new client and suddenly they had plenty of options.
I was also disappointed in room service. They forgot dirty coffee cups and left empty sugar packets and other items for me to clean up when I got back to the room. That's a first.
And take your hiking shoes: the room I was in is all the way down three long hallways. With the parking always full because of the casino it makes it a bit of a walk to get from the car to your room. All in all not worth the money.
Maybe this review makes it sound like I hated it, which I didn't. Clean bedding, a (fairly) clean room and quiet surroundings go a long way for me. But with the service and and location it makes the place over priced.

Very easy to get from the airport. Perfect for business, conference or simple meetings. Nice bar with a lot of people enjoying aperitives. Large quiet rooms with both shower and bath. (I love that) Astonishing breakfast. Besides that I forgot a cable and a special plug and they found immediately the solution.

Good hotel on the outskirts of Eindhoven. Right along the highway. Free parking. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. Extensive breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Hotel is already in Christmas atmosphere. Smaller a la carte menu takes some getting used to. Quality is top.

In short, all praise for this hotel. Also nice restaurant. Proper operation. A point of criticism, and that applies to all vd Valk hotels, once the coffee after dinner, then you see no more ....

Food was ok but staff very rushed and very impersonal.

Nice hotel, 5 stars for the breakfast and dinner buffet. The snacks you can buy in the hotel kiosk but I think too expensive. For a sandwich 5.50 euro.

Non-smoking room where you can smoke nicely. No air conditioning. Warm and noisy. Dirty bathroom. Food is fine and service is nice.

Nice and superior hotel compared to what was paid. Attention to detail and three restaurants inside including sushi bar. After dinner atmosphere in the bar with bright fireplaces and music. In the Christmas period with the decorations it is very suggestive.

Nicely situated, plenty of places to sit, work or meet in a room to be reserved.

The buffet is delicious! 4.5 hours of unlimited eating and drinking really great and that for only 32.50 per person

We were 2 couples and had to be seated separately due to corona, understandable, but we only got 1 bread basket, incomprehensible ... in addition, the steak tartare was very discolored, because of the Worcestershire sauce according to the manager ...

One of the more modern Van der Valk hotels in my opinion, with an extremely fantastic breakfast!

Luxury, Customer friendly, beautiful entrance, spacious accommodation

I have 2 nights of sleep here. I had to pay extra for an air-conditioned room.
However, the temperature in the lobby, restaurant and the rest of the ground floor was uncomfortably high. They opened the exterior doors but that didn't cause any cooling ..... because it was 40 degrees!
They are also refurbishing the hotel
