Van der Valk hotel Eindhoven Review

Was very relaxing. Enjoyed my stay. Excellent service.

Went for lunch. Staff was friendly and the roast beef sandwich I had was very good.

Always good food and sleep at van der valk. Whether you are in Eindhoven or Arnhem or you name it ... van der valk Eindhoven is just great.

Good, decent and cared for. What you can expect. Just a little impersonal.

Nice that so many Tesla super chargers have been added !?

The fries and apple sauce with cherry have given way to renewal over time ... wonderful how the new generation of "falcons" innovate and think through this !! Super!!

The Van der Valk Hotel in Eindhoven offers an extensive cold and hot buffet. The quality of the food offered is excellent, the atmosphere extremely pleasant and the price is very reasonable!

Always a nice choice. Bedrooms are extra comfortable and the cherry of the cake woyld be the buffet breakfast and dinner!!

Forr professional gatherings they're far from best but good enough. I had to struggle to find a power socket in a large meeting room.

We drove through this from the south of France and then first enjoyed the real Dutch cuisine. It was delicious.

With telephone information it was said that it was not necessary to reserve for the same evening with a la carte food. However, we were crammed into a table somewhere afterwards.
Ordered spa red in advance. However, got tap water and after our comment it was not replaced. Starter good. Main straight moderate. Belly fat at the scallops turned out to be a bacon and sludge tongue was fat and limp. This was compensated by free coffee and tea. However, the expresso was cold. Very disappointing.

Van der Valk ... Always something to experience ... Excellent buffets! Room I was in was outdated.

Went to the buffet restaurant on Easter Monday. Choice was very limited compared to other van der valk locations. Staff are very friendly and quick with picking up the plates.

No parking space available. Still for 20 Teslas and 3 occupied. For the rest: standard Van der Valk.

Spacious rooms, good location relative to center and excellent dinner and breakfast facility

Very nice atmosphere and good food. The meat was quite tough, but otherwise had a good taste.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about!
My room was brand new and very clean. Very charming and helpful staff. The breakfast was stocked with everything your heart desires and the chef conjured up a fabulous omelette!

Good restaurant with an extensive and healthy buffet

Fantastic hotel with nice spacious rooms with beautiful decor and beautiful bathroom, only the swimming pool is a bit less than the other hotels of this famous chain, had a very nice meal here on Christmas Eve, there was even a Christmas present in the room for which thanks in advance because this Toucan gets a place of honor in my Christmas tree! That way I can't get rid of my addiction to Van der Valk

Incredibly bad experience in Martinus restaurant. After we had sent back a main course it took more than 10 minutes before we decided not to wait for the dish anymore. The rest of the company had already finished their main course. She wanted to offer a cup of coffee for inconvenience. Not satisfied with that. Eventually got a discount but evening was already spoiled for everyone. Sin for the birthday boy who turned 93.

Large hotel, good reception only usually very busy. Otherwise ok.

I cannot say more. Due to my diet problem, I almost never go out for dinner, but for a training after work it is fantastic that the chef comes to ask you what you want to eat. In no time he made deliciously prepared vegetables for me. And still he asked whether it would not be too little. Friendly staff, friendly receptionist. Clean areas. I say great. I don't mind if we could follow another training here.

Visited a business meeting. The space was very comfortable and tidy. Nice lunch.

Arrived at 11.30 pm I introduce myself at the reception and the person does not answer me either. A colleague of yours arrives and tells me to go to the corcierge and do it there. After 15 minutes I finally receive the key. Room with dirty carpet, a bathroom that left something to be desired, the bed without a leg. In the morning at 6 a crazy noise. Near the car with single glazing ...

You don't have such a nice view but the food is great

Relatively high end hotel and hence prices. Restaurant food (breakfast and evening buffet) is very high quality but also at a cost. Rooms are clean comfortable modern and spacious. Good size TV, free wifi in room and throughout hotel. Ample parking. Good restaurants within walking distance or short drive.

Very nice modern equipped hotel, the breakfast buffet is amazing. It's so big that you can get lost in it ;-)

Maybe the best Van Der Valk in The whole Netherlands

The room was tidy and everything was well taken care of. Had a nice lunch and there was a lot of choice for that.

No mini-bar, rough housekeeping in rooms, poor TV reception, noisy doors in public areas. Quite noisy from the freeway next door. Very long service at the sushi bar (1 hour for an order of three glasses).
The surroundings are pleasant (full of greenery). Breakfast is a bit pricey but worth it! Rather friendly staff and good bedding.

Unfortunately not good experiences for us. We arrived on a hot day, the hallway and room where we slept were hot and stuffy.
Dinner in the a la carte restaurant was expensive and not good quality. Snitzel costs 20 euros. Starters on average 15 euros. I think high price. I got a snitzel that was just completely cold. This reported to ministry. An apology was made by a friendly lady, who asked if she could offer us something to drink after dinner. 2nd snitzel was warm but not tasty, chewy and dry. At the checkout it turned out that the offered tea was also on our account! Phew ...

No dogs in the restaurant while it is not on the website

Eaten in restaurant; tried something new: Pheasant
Not bad but also nothing special; missed a wild gravy or something. Will not do it again.
But otherwise just neat and accessible; I'll definitely return.

Service was pretty surly and curt. Small effort to at least pretend that you like to receive guests .....
Go somewhere else next time. A shame because the location was great.

Remains a top location for a meeting, with or without a nice dinner and my Tesla is loaded immediately.

Hospitable, modern and tidy. Great location at roads to all corners of the world. Fast and frequent bus connection with the center of Eindhoven.
