Again great lunch together, friendly staff really great

Great Hotel, just a bit away from the crowds, with a (for the hard worker) great card.

English knowledge of staff are bad. Therefore communication is difficult. But everyone is very nice and the hotel was nice and clean.

Great service, the food is good everything works but the beds are very hard.

Friendly service despite the crowds.
Furniture needs to be replaced.

Van de Valk hotels are rather costly but set a good standard. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Recommend

1 day. Lovely hotel but still old beds. Too soft too are the beds with wheels on. so an upgrade may be very much. When you just take 2 beds and run good food and we ate at the hotel. sweet people.

Have been staying several times at this hotel. The rooms are ok, but make sure to stay in the new addition (airco and newer) for 5 extra. They have a nice breakfast buffe and a nicely decorated restaurant/bar.

Being able to arrange a table last minute on Christmas Day. Was very busy and it took a bit longer to wait. House drink makes waiting less difficult. And was worth the wait, wonderful Christmas dinner

Environment: Difficult to explain the ambience this hotel provides. It wants to be local and at the same time it's very near the highway which probably makes it ambiguous as it wants also to be stylish despite the exterior.

Space: Close to the highway like I mentioned and it feels like a stopover hotel for most. Practical for those who are here for the night or for business.

Rooms: Room is tidy, neat and with an average design. Bed, linen, pillows are exactly what you need to have a nice sleep. Garden view of my room wasn't bad either. I am missing a fridge!

Service: The receptionist when I arrived was somewhat nonchalant. The waitresses compensated with higher standards and smiles. Service from receptionist the second day was much better. The room was well kept by the cleaners.

Good food for a reasonable price. The service was smooth and welcoming.

Bowling alley was fine, only there was no air conditioning. So was really hot at one point.

Nice restaurant, business wise because open from 8 a.m.

After you have walked through the somewhat uncomfortable restaurant, you will arrive in a cozy environment with lounge chairs and practical, comfortable seats. I ordered tasty snacks and relaxed. There were many business people, hotel guests and people who just came by. Friendly staff.

Stayed in this hotel for both short and longer periods. Not one negative thing to say. Breakfast is amazing, staff is always polite and helpful. Rooms as well as the rest of the facility is exceptionally clean. I highly recommend it.

the service is excellent depending on who you serve. again there is ministry around which would rather walk past you than help.

Reasonable looking restaurant / lounge area. Staff did not really respond upon arrival and was not very enthusiastic but perhaps there was a good reason for that. Furthermore, well cared for.

Breakfast as with all hotels van der Valk superb. The rooms a bit dated. Centrally arranged in the new part, so a bit on the warm side. The shower rocks in heat. The service of employees is very customer-friendly, there is attention for you! Price / quality good. 2 nights for 99 including breakfast

Very nice service and friendly staff. I did a bios combi for my girlfriend and myself and this was satisfactory. Good price, good speed of the menus and perfectly matched to the cinema. I had not been there before but will definitely come again!
