I've become more and more disenchanted with this company over the years. It's becoming more and more evident that they are not committed to providing good service to their customers, and would rather keep as much money in their pocket as possible instead. Steam used to be an excellent platform, but now it's become so much more of a hassle and an inconvenience to use over the years. And what's broken takes an eternity to fix, if it gets fixed at all.

Worst company who doesn't care about their customers and terrible refund policy. Buy your games elsewhere.

Great place to take a tour if you're wanting some insight into how their company runs, everyone was extremely kind and courteous during the tour. They are a small flat organization with most of their team geared towards Steam and DotA 2. Their new office is awesome, they have a kitchen on each floor, full time personal trainers & gym, and a barber (some other facilities that i can't remember). They also have a bunch of memorabilia scattered around the office from their past video games if you're into that kind of thing.

It's a very good company, I do not know why they stopped making games about all the Left 4 Dead and Half Life.

Valve is a fantastic place to tour. Be warned though, you will be sad. You will realize that you will never get hired at Valve and you will be jealous of how awesome they treat their workers.

Front desk was very friendly and gave us free merch. They are not doing tours at the moment as the studio is in the middle of moving to a new building.

I installed your application to play for free on a computer due to an epidemic, it turns out that I cannot play due to the fact that only something called steamworks was installed, which takes time to install. falsely filling my library's game list I do not know what sdk or dedicated server are, they are not games nor do I want help how delete this

I love the place and the people. I was lucky enough to be one of the first people to see the new HQ. Added it here to maps in fact. As a developer, it is a dream place to work. On-site fitness, trainer, message clinic, nap-rooms, stocked everything.... I would never have to leave!

I love valve, i've been a fan since HL2 came out and it was the only thing I had on their platform. I've been a customer for decades. Pre-Ordered their index, and have ordered everything they've ever made. I've never had a problem until trying to get a hold of their support. No one responds to their support tickets and there is no phone number to talk to a person, it ends in an anonymous voicemail box. For a customer for over a decade, I'm very disappointed.

This company it s a joke , they told me they can t refund a game because i played more than 2hrs , what type of policy is this ? Beware of this , they don t say nothing before you purchase it , not playing to buy any games from this company for sure , be careful steam players .

Having issues with an ex who used my debit card to buy games on his account. No way to get in contact with a customer service representative to even transfer digital ownership of the games I can prove I purchased to my account. Thanks Valve/Steam.

ValvE has always been my favorite software company and people should appreciate the fact that Half Life 3 is taking so long! Team Fortress 2 took 9 years! So what did you expect? It to be done in 5 hours? They re probably trying to make it the best game ever and you got to appreciate that because if it only took a couple years then they wouldn t get the time they need to work out all the bugs! I just wanted to say thank you, ValvE. I know you re trying your best and I hope for the best for you guys! It's just crazy to me that tours of the best game studio in the world are so low-key and easy to book. Email the front desk, ask for a tour appointment, and they'll have one of the Valve staff members show you around their incredible offices. It's a great opportunity to learn about a bizarre, wonderful company.

has a good platform .. but when you run into an issue and support refuses to help and you get send to there legal department to resolve the issue .. well you cant contact there legal department .. its a lie .. like the cake .. you are stuck and can just get a lawyer and do a lawsuit to get any response out of them.. this is totally stupid .. and incredible. Valve support replied to me in language i dont speak etc.. i still cant believe that this is real. The ignorance they have given me and lies ... just because they think they can get away because people dont normally call there lawyers when you run into an issue. I am very disappointed at valve with there lack and will of communicating and resolve any issues they have with there customers

Great people Awesome company how do I know Valve I have had the honor of working with Snout and Co and he also does catering Valve orders jerk chicken and other delicious Cuban food from Lee Scott @snoutandco which we deliver and setup they enjoy we clean up and go. They are always greatful, nice and welcoming. Great people Valve Rocks and their games are cool as hell!

I am a person actively using Over-watch to keep the game safe from cheaters and people that cause problems with-in the game, how ever about 12 days ago I was notified that my account has received an Over-Watch Ban its self. I am contacting you to appeal the ban and to have it lifted from my account. It was wrongfully ban from my knowledge.
