I love valve, i've been a fan since HL2 came out and it was the only thing I had on their platform. I've been a customer for decades. Pre-Ordered their index, and have ordered everything they've ever made. I've never had a problem until trying to get a hold of their support. No one responds to their support tickets and there is no phone number to talk to a person, it ends in an anonymous voicemail box. For a customer for over a decade, I'm very disappointed.
