Nice indoor concert venue with wide selection of seating and adjacent parking.

If you attend a concert or event and use Lyft or Uber to leave, be prepared to walk to Olentangy or further to get to your pickup point. Columbus Police blocks off all access to the ride share lots and favors COTA a d taxis. This is not your Lyft / Uber driver's fault - be patient with them.

Free parking. Needs to be signed better for box office tic sales. We went thru 2 security checks brfire realizing you have to purchase tickets then go thru checks. Thus having to go thru them a 3rd time. Wow!!#

Great venue for a concert. We are going to see Stevie Wonder.

No matter where you sut you can see. Also love that its handicap accessible..

Excellent venue, quick and easy to to get in and out despite being a packed house. I expected to have to wait much longer in line both ways. Excellent venue for a concert or a game.

Had a great time. Very clean and and food wasn't to pricey.

Went January 10th, to the rodeo. Bought row G seats 1, 2, 3. Only 4 rows from the arena up front at the chutes. The seats were very close, however we spent as much time up, as seated letting people in, and out. Missed half of the show. After missing so much of the show getting up, and down, letting people in, and out, ones in the middle had the wrong seats so we spent time out in the isle again. It was so annoying I doubt I would go back to the Schottenstein Center for an event. Each time a new portion of the show was to begin we had to get up and move to the isle again.

Rodeo was great except for missing so much because of the HORRIBLE seating arrangement.

Very organized and clean. No bad seats really. Prices are good. Parking is organized. Sound is solid as well. Great spot to see a show!

Went for the j Cole concert and it was really nice but they need to do better when selling seats... mines were too far on the side I could barely see half the show.

The screens could have been larger...it was difficult to see

Great place to go to . The staff did an excellent job during the evacuation. My only complaint is the concessions stale nachos , hard chicken tenders , way over priced and customer service at the concessions is non existent

Saw jojo siwa tonight and it was great! The staff and guest service was exceptional! Thank you for helping to make my daughters night more special

Way overpriced (even for a stadium!) And no food allowed in. They made me throw away my entire lunch that I brought :(

One of the better places to see events. Lots of parking available close. Clean and lots of people around to get you to where you need to go.

Really enjoyed the show! Parking was easy and got out no problems.

Eat before you go. Food was cold and tasteless. It was also redicusly priced. You would think that for what tickets cost, you could have warm water in the restrooms.

Great concert venue. Saw Bonnie Raite and James Taylor. Clean facility, helpful attendants. Didn't like to pay $9 for a beer, but nice event.

I graduated here and the location is very nice and clean and easy to get around without getting lost

Feels like a pro arena not a college campus arena. Big time events happen here and the basketball teams have a place to be just as proud as the football team does

Great parking, real seats (although very narrow) nice venue overall. Rough crowd. If you're here from visiting team don't wear your gear, not friendly. Serves alcohol

Attendants are always nice and courteous. They are very helpful in helping you find your seat. Parking is expensive if you cant find a free spot to park.

I've never had a negative experience here which earns them five stars. Greetings do a great job. Always clean. Good food (but costly except on $1 dog night).

Went there for Cirque du Sole! It was spectacular! Such an amazing show!

The Schottenstein Center was easy to navigate with great signage and a helpful ushering staff. Parking was easy and convenient and security was relatively hassle-free. If you like the Ohio State Buckeyes' sports teams, this is a place you will want to stop to see trophys and memorabilia pertaining to OSU sports. The seating in the facilities itself were comfortable with a great view of the court from almost everywhere .

Love it. Easy to find your way and food is good. Only complaint is that the seats are small.

Great for sports and certain concerts. Petatonics concert was horrible because of the severe echo.

Saw jurrasic world live tour with the family, it was AMAZING!!!!

Don't bother going to a concert there UNLESS you have front row or floor seats what an awful music venue, will not be back.

This venue offers no general admission, which is problematic for some of the artists to go through here. Because of the seating arrangements, there are areas in which it would be difficult to see the artist, and if the people in front of you stand up, you have no choice but to do so yourself. The food and drink options are pretty terrible and horrifically overpriced. Ticket costs are also very expensive, and all things considered, it would take one hell of a show to make it worthwhile to me to come back to this place.

Beautiful place for sports...not so great with concerts

Ok. The place itself is ok. The view of the stage was pretty good from side seating ( no complaints). But the seats themselves are really old looking. Dingy dirty coloring and you are smashed in there. Seat width is much smaller than most arenas I visit for concerts. Absolutely no leg room for hardly at all. Really needs a big update here to have a comfortably experience.

A great venue not just for basketball. I've seen concerts and several Cirque du Soliel productions here. The event staff and ushers are always very friendly and helpful. A top notch facility.

What is up with the athletic department choice of color for uniforms? The cheerleaders or dance group look like they should be at an Oakland Raiders game.

Food choices during basketball game horrible. Nothing new in the last several years.

Going through metal detectors before basketball game is sad. Are we in Iran?

Lastly, getting out of the parking lot is slow. Traffic leaving the lot is consistently delayed so the buses don't have to stop.
