I acquire a property already appraised and the previous buyer backs down in the signature with an appraisal in force for 6 months already carried out. I am about to purchase and the men of valtecnic refuse to change the owner of the appraisal, assuming us the payment.
They are closed in vanda and force a new appraisal, which I have my doubts that they have not even gone through the property again. They do not value me, they value a property for God "" "they have charged 2 times for the same service. This is called stealing lords of valtecnic. Hopefully your company will go in the future to take for cu..o
I do not recommend it to anyone.

They tell me that they do not give me the paper where experts are appointed by the court by the law on protection of personal data, but the only personal data is mine, they are a company and the LOP does not apply to them.

The incompetence and slowness of this company is hard to believe.

After declaring our house as "out of order" (illegal) without any basis or evidence, it has been up to us to demonstrate that the house is legal by providing reports from the town hall and the notary. At first they did not recognize the error, in the end they had to rectify the report, but they always did so with a patronizing and cocky attitude.

In between, a month late, a mortgage denied because of you, many unanswered emails, unanswered calls, and of course, no apology.



A very frustrating and damaging experience that we have already reported in consumption and in ING, the entity that imposed this appraiser on us.
