First Property Solutions Review

I've been very happy with First Property Solutions. Issues happen with any company, how they respond to those issues is what matters and they have done a great job!

Apartment was not move in ready. I went without heat for 10 days and then they acted like they were doing me a favor when I demanded that my rent be pro rated. The refrigerator didn't work. There were still dishes from previous tenant. Half of my windows don't have screens, so its my responsibility. They tried to charge me a reinspection fee for a missing light cover that never existed. They just don't care about people. The only reason I live here is because its close to both jobs and the apartments are actually nice.

Be smart ... Avoid these ppl They make you haul your own garbage off now, do not care for the parking lot or side walks, the grass is never cut and at current waist high, no one tends the laundry room and your lucky if one washer and dryer work, my mother did without a stove for over two weeks and has had a small water leak for months. They should be fined, shut down, something. The complex is slowly turning into a ghetto.

Horrible company. Had numerous problems with them such as no heat, no hot water, sewage backups, mold and more. Don t waste your time like I did.

This company only cares about money and refuses to fix anything that is wrong in the apartments they rent out in Sophia, WV. They added additional fees that were not discussed before signing the lease. Upon moving in, they had a roach problem and leaks that they promised to fix. After living in the apartment for 3 months, the air was not fixed because they said it was not important because it's winter, even after we explained we needed air due to medications we take. They still did not fix the leaks that were there before we moved in. It was also brought to their attention that when changing light bulbs they would instantly blow and that the plug in facings would spark. It was also reported to them that all of the plug-in face plates needed to be tightened or replaced because all cords would fall out of the plug-ins; these concerns were also ignored. There is a monthly inspection fee. They require a monthly inspection to be done and have the tenant pay the fee for them to come and inspect. If you are in need of a place to rent- please avoid this company!

Unprofessional, rude, and the absolute worst people we have ever rented from! I do not recommend them if you are looking for a suitable home for you or your family.

Our apartment came with a bed bug infestation that we weren't made aware of prior to moving in...that they refused to do anything about. We spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of them (we finally did) and then we broke the lease as soon as we could.

I rent from this establishment. I'm actually pleased with the way First property does business.

this is a terrible company and a ripoff claims to be Christian but clearly don't act like it. where I live at has termites yet they refuse to do anything about it, and we can't live here without heat yet we don't need the heat and even when we use the heat it causes termites to come out of the floor had a really bad roach problem that I had to spend tons of money bug products to get rid of them. this is not a reputable company and that is a fact!

I have been to most of their properties as I know people who rent with them currently and I must say most of them need to be condemned. I know all about the roaches and raise in people rent over the years. I was in need of housing recently and was willing to Rent off them since they were the only people to Rent from in the area. I did not think I would be denied as me and my wife make close to 3 grand a month. Be careful sending this company you're money

Terribly unprofessional and crooked. They take advantage of the helpless!

This company claim to be Chirstian based but really all they care about is money. We lived 3 months with no Air n was still required to pay full rent. They lost their master keys and they were passed around to people who lived in the building and nothing was done. The Fire alarm goes off in the Princeton building all the time all hours of the night due to bad ventilation. My window didn't lock and I asked multiple times for it to be fixed and it never was. Our lease was up and we moved out and with proper notice and they still tried to make us pay a full months rent when we didn't live there one day of the month. Code enforcement of mercer Co. Use them as an example of slum lords. Please do not waste your time or money with this company.

Seriously DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT trust this company. We moved into one of their apartments and of course it was nowhere near "move in ready." The apartment should have had new carpets put in, one of the windows did not shut all the way, there were bedbugs, and cockroaches, etc. But that was "Our responsibility." And the power went out for a few days who knows maybe longer due to no preventative maintenance or updates
