Alex Mezzo helped us sell our home in Elizabeth. Alex was extremely professional, knowledgeable and available. As first time sellers, Alex guided us through the entire process, told us what to expect and prepared us for everything. It seemed as if he was always working on making sure the house was sold. When I bought my first home in 2009 I didn't have a clue what to expect or where to start from. I was referred to Samira through a friend who had just bought a home from her. She was very knowledgably about the mortgage process and helped me get a down payment grant from the city. I just bought my second home and i checked to see if Samira was still in the business and as luck will have it she was! I am a very happy repeat client.

Samira is very knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly generous of her time. She answers every questions and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. She always come up with a solutions. Nothing seems tough for her. One of the strongest woman I know!

Don t bother with this office. I tried to make an appointment on 2 occasions with a rep. It was my first time ready to purchase a home and I was very excited to speak to someone. However I called on a Saturday and the office assistant mentioned there is only one rep in the office and it is difficult over the weekends. I told her I understood and mentioned let s make an appointment on Monday. Come Monday and I call back to find out no one is available to help me and no one ever bothered to call me to notify me. Very unprofessional and it proved to me that I will not be treated as a valued client to them, rather only a number. I took my business somewhere else instead where I felt valued. You re a for profit business compensating your agents through commission and there was no urgency to contact me? Highly unacceptable in terms of customer service.

All the agents here are intelligent and hard workers,we work hard for our clients and take pride in everything we do. We all get along here as family and back each other up. This is by far the best place I've ever worked in. Come and visit us today, I love working with first time homebuyers.

Daniel Martinez is a great person to work with as he was very helpful through the entire process. He's Easy to reach, responsive, and goes above-and-beyond. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable broker.

Unfortunately we encountered three shady agents with this real estate company at this location. I won't drop names but home buyer..beware.
