Stopped by enroute to JAX from FLL. Awesome museum and restoration center. All my favorites, especially the Vietnam era fighters and trainers. Several airworthy. Outstanding collection.

Been to many air museums but this one is unique in that you can more up close and personal with the airplanes.

Friendly people who volunteer their time and hard work to preserve these gems. Even had an opportunity to talk with a few of the restorers. Great guys and extremely knowledgeable.

Gift shop is excellent. Best I've ever seen including Wright-Pat and Pima. Very helpful and informative staff.

I'll be back !

Visited this museum whilst staying at Cape Canaveral. They have a great selection of unusual jets and carrier planes, the guides are all volunteers and very happy to talk, we met people working on a C47 getting it ready for a flight to France for the 75th anniversary of D Day and another volunteer aged 96 who machines new parts for the restoration projects, they all have lots of interesting stories to tell. For anyone with an interest in aircraft, well worth a visit.

My honey had to run off to Hawaii because her brother had a stroke and I amused myself by stopping by and checking out this wonderful museum. I was blown away by the live aircraft, very knowledgeable guides, and and the abundance of historical artifacts. Stop by and take a look. You won't be disappointed.

We came across the Valiant Air Command Warbird Museum quite by chance and are so glad that we took the time to visit here. Our guide Ken was great and had an extensive knowledge of all the exhibits. The museum is run by volunteers who are ex service men and women.

Wonderful museum! By visiting the planes you can notice the hard work done to restore them. Guides are very friendly and they explain very well. The shop has a lot of cool stuff and the "history room" has a lot of very interesting pices about all the U.S. air war story. Must be visited if passing nearby!

This museum is excellent, they have many planes and jets that you're unlikely to see as up close together and walk around elsewhere. The volunteers that guide you throughout the museum and inform you about the planes and jets are very friendly, as well as having first hand knowledge of the aircraft. One of the best guided tours I've been on.

Passed through here on the way to the Kennedy Space Center, ended up staying for 3-4 hours and skipped the space center. I know nothing of planes and wasn't interested initially until I met the very nice veterans/tour guides talking about their stories and accomplishments with the planes on display. Very in depth tour with tons of personal stories from veterans who've actually flown those planes made for a very interesting afternoon. Highly recommend to anyone passing by!

Great place for anyone who enjoys history
or aviation. The museum has a terrific
collection and their restoration efforts are
extensive and impressive. Definitely do one
of the tours. The tour guides alone were
worth the price of admission... In our case
guy who worked on the flight deck of air
craft carriers for years..

This place was very enjoyable. There was a lot more to see than I expected. The guided tour was worth it. Plan on spending at least two hours. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Some of the tour was indoors and other parts were outdoors.

Fantastic! One of the most interesting aircraft museums I have ever visited! The restoration of the pieces is perfect and about half of the aircraft still have flight conditions and air shows. A great differential of this museum compared to others is the possibility to visit the workshop and see the restoration work going on! For those who like history and / or aviation, it is a must see !!

Awesome place!! Comparing to my experience at Kennedy space Center, this museum & the Ford tri motor flight was 100 times better!! So cool to see the old planes up close & to fly in one.

An amazing war bird museum with a lot of vintage aircraft that are in flying condition. Went there yesterday and flew on EAA's 1929
Ford Tri Motor. What a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the volunteers.

Impressive place with quite a few airplanes, each with their own history. The museum looks modern and well taken care off. I spend three hours walking around and I could have easily spend another hour had I not been in a rush for a meeting.

This is a really neat museum hidden away, I would never have know of it's existence if I didn't take a wrong turn. Have some beautiful aircraft in various hangars. The restoration hangar has some really neat aircraft and speaking to the staff, they have a lot of experience and stories to share. Looking in the C47 that went through DDay is a really nice step back through history.

Great place with a wonderful group of dedicated historians! I've never seen a more we'll balanced group of historical exhibits, with equal attention to the service men and women who flew the wide array of aircraft they've lovingly restored and displayed.

Awesome! Must see if you like planes and happen to be in the Titusville area. At first I was worried because the planes you can see in front haven't been restored and poke like they are falling apart. Just inside the doors though is the first plane they restored, a beautiful FM-1 Wildcat. I wish I could remember the tour guides name, he is a Marine who flew in Vietnam, and he has so much enthusiasm! There are planes here you will see no place else, lovingly cared for. A cockpit section of a B-52 you can get in! How wild is that?

This was a great experience! There was so much information given. You could tell the love that these veterans had for the airplanes! It was incredible to see all the history and to be able to go inside some of the larger planes! If you like museums and history and have an hour or two go check it out!

Just off the beaten path on the way to NASA tours. Such a terrific find. All sorts of fighter jets and planes from every war era. The staff was so very courteous and knowledgeable, and they answered every question with enthusiasm. Even able to go into several of the aircraft.

What I enjoyed most about this museum is everything seems to be donated by those who served or their family members. It feels more personal - like you're getting to know them. There is A LOT to see so be sure to plan for a few hours. Not only is there a museum filled full of history but there are 3 hangers with 5-10 planes each starting with WW1.
Some are restored & some are in the beginning phases of restoration. I really enjoyed spending the afternoon here & brought home a few souvenirs.

Yesterday, I visited the museum for the first time. As a long time resident of the area, I am a little embarrassed to say I hadn't been here before. WHAT AN AMAZING DAY WE HAD. We could have spent days looking at all of the amazing and historic aircraft and memorabilia. I grew up in Annapolis Maryland near the Naval Academy so I especially loved seeing the Blue Angels up close.

Bob Boswell was kind enough to give us a guided tour and hearing the first hand stories of how he flew several of the planes was really amazing.

If you are in Brevard County and you have not been here, do yourself a favor and come and check it out. If you are planning a trip to the area, add it to your agenda. There is even a coupon in the Space Coast Fun Guide.

I can't wait to come back and bring the whole family. I know my kids will love it.

Great museum of military aircraft! Unmissable!

This treasure is tucked away in the quiet district of Titusville, next to the regional airport, accessible via Florida State Road 405.

The museum is housed in three hangars, among dozens of military aircraft in excellent condition, we find models of the 1st and 2nd World War II, Korea and Vietnam.

Outside, under the fig trees are tables and benches for dining.

I have never seen such an extensive collection of military aircraft. These volunteers here really work hard to keep these machines operational. You'll be amazed when you see what's in this museum.

This was a great way to spend an afternoon. The planes are in amazing shape, the museum tells the story of our country in an incredible way, and the guides make the whole experience even better.

An amazing place with amazing history. This museum is worth the 20 dollars to get in. Many aircraft you may never see in person. I met a Dutch POW on site. He was a child and said he was a POW for 4 years.

This F14 I was told by someone who works there was in Top Gun. Also, the F4 that is in one of the hanger was used by USAF General Robin Olds, a triple ace. He shot down 2 Migs in the aircraft I am pictured in front of.

Go there. You won't regret it.

The best of many collections of classic aircraft, some airworthy, including the restoration shop. Engaging staff and large variety of aircraft, artifacts, and memorabilia. They make you enter and exit through the store but that's likely to cause you to buy a book, model, or kit.

I took my nephews here, and we all left with stars in our eyes. The volunteers have an incredible combined knowledge about aviation history. Plan to spend at least a couple of hours -- there's a lot to see!

I was very kindly surprised at this museum. It is a smaller provincial museum but has great exhibits from the Second World War to the present day.
The exhibits are located in two hangars (one is focused at the Vietnam War period) and in a separate building. There is also a souvenir shop and a small restaurant.
I was very impressed by the opportunity to visit the cockpit of the B-52.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. On the way around, you need to visit this museum.
