We went into Dimension Graphics & the man acted like he didn't want my husband even looking around. He told him if he needed to see anything then he'd need to go online. The store isn't closed so I'm confused why a customer couldn't look around...

RE/MAX SunQuest Realty has been working with Dimension Graphics for many years. We love Steve and his team and will continue to have them help us with out new sign!
Dimension Graphics was recommended to me by the oldest and most powerful tool of marketing , word of mouth. So at the strong recommendation of a professional acquaintance I met with Ken and Steve, and was so impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail during our initial consultation I was highly confident that they were the right people for the job. Like most customers who walk into Dimension Graphics I knew absolutely nothing about designing signs. All I had was an abstract idea, but during our consultation we were able corroborate and transform my concept into exactly what I wanted. So many years later not only do I now exclusively use Dimension Graphics, but the high-profile client we service now uses them as well, and are equally impressed as I still continue to be with their expertise, professionalism, customer service and quality of work.
Well I am surprised to read the other review on here because I went into the store today and was so very impressed with the helpfulness, knowledge and genuine interest in my project. I had been visiting other sign companies all over town and was not very impressed with any of them. Some were just mechanics with no graphic back ground. Some were just graphic artists with no mechanical knowledge. And others simply dealt with me as if I was an inconvenience to them.
But from the moment I walked into the door at Dimension Graphics I felt that someone genuinely wanted to do the right thing by me and genuinely was interested in my project. I felt I was offered several options and was explained the benefits and costs of each.
When I go into a business which specializes in something I do not know anything about, I expect that who I deal with does know about it and is therefore able to walk me through the process and help guide me to make the best decision. And that is the service I received at Dimension Graphics today!
This place doesn't want new business, apparently. I dropped my project off and they said they would call that afternoon or the next day to go over it. The third day came and I never got a call so I stopped back in. The man went to the back and asked the guy who was apparently supposed to call me if he had. He said no and the man returned with my USB drive. He handed it to me and started walking back into his office saying they were really busy. I was shocked that he did that. I expected him to come tell me it would be a while more before they could get to it, which would have been perfectly acceptable. But he had no interest in taking my money, I guess. I told him I'd be taking it to his competitor. He said, "Okay, go ahead" with a huge smile on his face to show me he wasn't bothered by that. Not once did they even try to retain my business. It's a shame because this was to test out their service so I could find a local supplier for bulk vinyl decals for possible resale to my own client base. They must be so well off that new income just doesn't interest them. Otherwise, I'm not sure how they stay in business with horrible service like that.
