This is truly the W.O.R.S.T service ever! Residents of apartment communities and other places are forced to pay this 'Valet Living' company each month for inadequate servicing.

This company is under-staffed, sometimes their staff picks up the trash after midnight, when they "promote" 8:00pm pickup times, often - the staff never arrive at all. Even after having paper trails of complaints and emails, "Valet Living" has not and will not improve.

This idea that residents cannot opt out of - or demand better service - is insane and the system needs to be fixed.

I'll also be filing my Better Business Bureau complaint and I ENCOURAGE everyone else to do the same.

BAD SERVICE! I ve lived at a managed property in Winter Springs since June and to date I ve complied with their recycling policies which they say is to break down boxes well they randomly leave boxes outside my door with no explanation. I ve spoke to their manager who says he will speak to the team but there hasn t been any improvement, they continue to leave trash outside my door. Their service is inconsistent but their monthly billing sure is.

This company has been nothing but a headache for me. Since my apartment complex began using them, the trash service has been terrible. They do not fulfill their responsibilities for providing the service I pay for. I fault them and the apartment complex who have chosen them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER pick up trash. Squirrels and cats get into the bags now it s a HUGE mess. I was NEVER issued a garbage can when I first moved in. On top of everything I pay monthly for this terrible service.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This is the WORST service I have ever received. I will be complaining every day until someone contacts me. I saw someone else say they will be filing with the BBB and I will do the same.

I have had my trash skipped completely and not taken THREE different times now. One of the times they took it off of my trash can and then placed it on the ground next to the trash can without taking it. Do I need to place a note saying PLEASE TAKE MY TRASH?!?! I don t understand why it s been skipped over. I do exactly what they say, I leave my trash inside the trash can and only leave two bags total in between the hours of 6 pm and 8 pm. We are following rules and guidelines that have been given to us. I do NOT want to be paying for a service that I am not receiving. This is absolutely absurd. I would like a refund.

To make matters worse my apartment complex only has ONE trash compactor and I will leave a picture of what THAT looks like below. The apartment complex is Hollybrook Ranch in Round Rock Texas for reference. And this is without the entire complex being filled as it is new. I will also place a photo of the bag of trash below that was not taken. Extremely light.

I hate valet trash...but absolutely LOVE Valet Living. Here at Muir Lake Apartments in Cedar Park, Tx. our Valet living guys are so nice! They never miss us and are tidy and very friendly. Anytime I have a question or concern, I get a speedy answer, always with professionalism! 5+ stars and 3:, thumbs up!!! Keep up the good work!

Terrible service! Our apartment complex MAKES us pay for this service. They skip our garbage, come when they feel like it, speed through our complex towing a large plastic garbage can which makes a LOT of noise at 10-11pm when they finally do show up, with all the noise they make dogs start barking .some of us have to get up early for work. If I could stop paying for this terrible service I would. I would rather take out my own trash. I m sure nothing will be done about this, just letting everyone k ow our experience.

Horrible service. Avoid if possible. I am forced to have it by my apartment complex because they have a contract. They have started changing the rules all of a sudden, without notification mind you. they have decided to only pick up 2 bags and only if they are both in the trashcan. On top of it they often skip my apartment entirely. Causing cats to get into the trash and get it everywhere. I pay 20 dollars a month. They need to do their freaking job for that price!

My apartment complex (without asking anyone if we were even interested) signed us all up for this bogus service. They re supposed to come Sunday through Thursday, they don t. Every time they don t come, I call my rental office to complain and they say our records from Valet Living indicate that they did come last night. Every time I call Valet Living to complain they say we will definitely make sure your trash gets picked up from now on, and then they go on to not collect my garbage and lie to my landlord about having done it.

An acquaintance of mine worked for Valet Living briefly. At his interview he was offered $15 an hour but after he started they changed it to $35 a day but it takes WAY longer than 3 hours to service a 300+ unit property. They don t provide their employees with the necessary tools (a truck, for example) to get the job done within 3 hours, and then refuse to pay them the hourly rate. At this point I don t blame your employees for not doing their job, I blame the company and the business model. In my opinion if you can t afford to pay your staff to provide the service that you ve sold, that s your problem and you should go out of business.

I hope that Valet Living will do the right thing, admit they don t have the capacity to fulfill their commitment, dissolve the contract and give everyone their money back.

My trash can has been out since Thursday at 4 pm. Here it is Sunday 8 am and my trash is still sitting outside my door. My community has 7 days a week pick-up. I have lived here for 2 months and so far my trash has been missed 6 times. Who ever does this community should be fired. I have spoken to neighbors and apparently this is a common thing here. I HAVE to pay every month for this service and if I could, I would not. I have lived in 3 communities where your company "services" and this has been a problem in each community. I had to rate 1 star in order to publish this, if I could I would rate you as a NEGATIVE 5 stars. Thank you, that is all.
