Great Service Department
Brought in my Pilot for some deferred service and was greated promptly. Explained what I needed and was pro-offered a discount on the general maintenance with no strings. (fluid/filter change, tire rotation, diagnostics and software update, safety check). Nice. Did a little studying in a comfy waiting area and the car was finished in under an hour. They washed it to!
Really nice to get a full-service at a dealership for under $100.

I went there for general diagnostics and brakes replacement. The service was great, job and price estimation were reasonable as well. Customer service actually deserves 10 stars out of 5. I got helped by Ryan, who is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Val Strough for your Honda service.

Service and parts department are lazy and incompetent. I needed a part replaced and they bungled my appointment, so I went somewhere else and ended up saving money by not doing business w/Val Strough service/parts.

I would have easily given 5 stars since I brought my car in for warranty covered service on the seatbelt and the service advisor was very helpful and understood I only wanted what was covered by the warranty done.

However, when I got my car back the drivers headrest was laying in a bag in the back seat (not a big deal), but there was an additional piece of plastic molding which came off somewhere and was never put back on by the tech who serviced my car. I have no idea where it goes, I looked around and didn't see anything that looked similar. Also, in the inspection checklist my engine oil was marked as "requires immediate attention" but my oil is at a good level, is amber colored, was changed 2k miles ago, and my car doesn't leak, so ???

They are excellent and was very pleased and satisfied with my vehicle being serviced at there location . I also was able to receive a discount for being a health care worker that was also a plus for me . Great customer service

Highly recommend this dealership and my salesman, Gabe is the man! He made me feel comfortable about the whole experience of buying a car.

This is my first ever brand new car so I obsessively researched it to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted and what a good deal was.

I was recommended to this dealership from a friend but I wanted to look around and weigh my options. Most of the salespeople I came across at the other dealers tried to rush me into taking a test drive right away, tried talking me into more expensive options, even a more expensive car at two of the dealers!

Gabe didn't try to push me into anything. He asked what I wanted and gave me the information about the options. He made me feel like he wanted me be well educated so I could make the best decision for me.

I already knew what a good deal for the car I got was and he even beat that! I know they work on commission and want to get as much as they can, but Gabe told me that referral business was more important than a few extra dollars right now.

People are wary of car salesmen and I was nervous about the whole thing, so feeling like I was taken care of meant a lot to me. Thanks Gabe! I'll definitely be recommending Val Strough Honda and you to my friends!

Fantastic experience at Val Strough Honda Service Department. Service Manager Ryan Vivar went way above and beyond my expectations with his outstanding service. I m a busy physician with very limited time, and Ryan had me in and out quickly, and on my schedule. He was very, very helpful, and quite pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Ryan! *****stars

Eric and The sales manager were the most friendly staff we have ever met. We came into sell our car and were offered above our asking price. We ended up selling to a family friend but they were quick, honest and straight to the point. We will definitely be buying our next Honda from them. Best customer service ever!
