I would have easily given 5 stars since I brought my car in for warranty covered service on the seatbelt and the service advisor was very helpful and understood I only wanted what was covered by the warranty done.

However, when I got my car back the drivers headrest was laying in a bag in the back seat (not a big deal), but there was an additional piece of plastic molding which came off somewhere and was never put back on by the tech who serviced my car. I have no idea where it goes, I looked around and didn't see anything that looked similar. Also, in the inspection checklist my engine oil was marked as "requires immediate attention" but my oil is at a good level, is amber colored, was changed 2k miles ago, and my car doesn't leak, so ???
