Ik ben zeer tevreden mijn de service die satenne (vadac) ons gaf toen de schotel in error ging . Via de telefoon ben ik netjes geholpen maar uiteindelijk was de storing niet te verhelpen. De camper naar Deventer gebracht en daar is de schotel op de testbank gezet en uiteindelijk de printplaat vervangen. En hij doet het weer namen mijn vrouw Gerda en mezelf Hennie zeer te spreken over de service die geleverd is nogmaals hartelijk dank.

I recently bought a HEATEK ComfortDuo heated foot mat in the color blue and think this is a very nice thing. if you often or sometimes have cold feet, this is really the perfect solution. I also had a few questions about this mat but the customer service helped me very well so I am very satisfied with that too. this heated foot mat is definitely recommended!

After adjustments to Canal Digital, my Satenne R3 was a bit lost and difficult to get on the right channel and it also had some difficulty folding. After contacting VADAC they initially tried to help me with instructions on how to solve the problem, after which we could reasonably operate the device. I then went to the VADAC service point in Delft where the Specialist Egbert solved the problem for us, which we were very happy with. A few weeks after this promotion I was approached by Marco from VADAC how everything went and whether we were satisfied, I could confirm this and I thanked him for this and found his phone call very thoughtful Next holiday season I will switch to the new control box HD ready . The Caravan is now in sleep mode and we hope to be able to go out again next spring 2021 when it can all be done safely with the Corona.
