The municipality I work for recently purchased a new Vac-Con combination truck. It meets and exceeds all our expectations. We also recently were invited to the renovated Vac-Con facility where we under went training and toured their state of the art factory. I was amazed at the production of how fast these highly skilled fabricators are able to make and assemble such a high quality product in such a short amount of time and do it with producing a high performing quality sewer and storm basin cleaning truck. I can't say enough about the Vac-Con staff that provided the exemplary training and entertaining over the training course. Nothing short of top notch professionals. I'm sure this will not be our last combination truck that we'll purchase from Vac-Con (through Southern Vac). Quality Equipment that's setting the standards that's out weighing all other competition.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Vac-Con's recently expanded manufacturing facility in Green Cove Springs and was extremely impressed. The tour was guided by two senior executives at the company (President Darrel LeSage and Supply Chain Director Julie Cupit) and even more impressive than the high-tech manufacturing systems, and the brand new expansion, was how intimately familiar these two senior executives were with each order in process, and the over 300 employees working in the plant. Vac-Con has a really nice new facility to make trucks. Everyone there is so nice and helpful.

Low pay. A lot of hours. Poor management. You will have no quality of life. It is like a prison. A lot of hero complex and doing other departments jobs. Would not recommend working here unless your in extreme financial trouble. If you have to work here get out of debt and find a better job or the place will cancel your life. Like I said. Prison
