University radiology Review

Went to the East Brunswick location for an MRI under sedation. The theme of Franny and Taryn for nothing short of fantastic. The patient was my father who is elderly and not an easy patient and they were wonderful with him. All of the information provided by Eileen Leading up to the day of the procedure was incredibly helpful. Overall experience could not have been better. I especially appreciate the compassion and understanding. Lastly I would say that the check in procedure given the pandemic conditions was also well thought out organized and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful.

The place is clean and well equipped , yet the problem is in the two ladies at the reception, although working at front desk , they tend to give you orders.. they do not know anything about the Word Please they need more training on how to speak and welcome clients try to smile and be welcoming it costs you nothing

I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of everyone at University Radiology in East Brunswick. I did a walk in x-ray and I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes! It was a smooth and easy process and I would definitely use them again!

Fast, efficient and accurate. The caring technician was comforting and explained things very clearly. They had many available appointments. The location was clean and they followed safety protocols well. I felt safe and cared for. I will make this my go to location for radiology care.

This place gets it. An amazing staff, work fast and get you out right away. Great job to them all.

Great professional service, great staff went in for a quick X-ray called the office prior they said no appointments needed just walk in which I did and service was done in a timely manner.

terrible service and billing practices. i was told by my health care provider that the out of pocket cost for me would be $110. i showed up for my appt. only to be told by the staff that they see i haven't paid all of my deductibles so in order to get the procedure done it will cost me $534.00.... the remaining balance of my health insurance deductible. What does my deductibles have to do with the out of pocket expense for the procedure that i needed done. WILL NEVER go there again. they are more interested in taking peoples money then they are about the services people NEED done.

I have been used East Brunswick location for all my radiology exams for over ten years. It is close to my home. The park lot is easy to access. What I most recommended is that it is always on the time of my schedule for each my exam. I once waited for over 30 minutes at another facility for a exam. The exam report from East Brunswick is issued in timely manner. I highly recommended this facility.

This University Radiology is awesome. The facility is clean and modern and the staff is fantastic.
Very welcoming and professional staff. They make you feel at ease during your visit.
I haven't been to their other locations, but the East Brunswick location is top notch.
Highly recommended!
