Vabi Elements has made such good imporvements in the last years, im impressed. Its far better than any other building HVAC software out there adn the support people are just the best, keep it going!
Worked with vabi Elements software for almost 4 years. I have had quite bad experiences with this, because the input of building installations is very complicated and illogical, so rather user-unfriendly. Often communicated about this with vabi, but these software geeks do not understand that, are completely stuck in their own thinking ....
The big problem with Elements is that you often get inexplicable error messages, if you enter anything wrong or if there is one check mark wrong. And grrrr. then you just spend another hour puzzling how to solve that .... Moreover, Elements is much more expensive than the competing packages.
Ergo: Canceled the Elements license and now switch to a better working product from another supplier.
Make sure you cancel the software 2 months in advance, because otherwise those crooks from the finance department will just let you pay for the whole next year (so that happened to me ...).
Incidentally, the vabi EPA software does work well, but they are very slow in introducing necessary improvements (sometimes years later ...). I am not the only one who complains about this, also hear from several colleagues who work with vabi EPA software.
