I've been working with this company for a while, and I've encountered several challenges that I can't overlook. The user interface feels outdated, making navigation a bit cumbersome. 📉 Customer support can be slow to respond, and when they do, the solutions provided often miss the mark. It feels like there’s potential here, but the execution just doesn’t meet the expectations I had. I hope they can address these issues soon. 🙁

Very user-friendly. Good service. Convenient to use, not only to process the invoices digitally, but also to make the invoice approval process run more smoothly. Absolutely recommended!

Nice program but in the initial phase there are always questions. The support department is very busy and has now had to wait a few times for help. That is not a good thing. But there is nothing wrong with the program.

When there are questions or uncertainties, everything will be addressed and resolved in the short term. And now the benefits for your administration. Time-saving, well-arranged, little paperwork anymore. Great link with the accounting system. Tailored as much as possible for our company. Retrieving data has now become so easy and fast.
