I honestly can not thank Ami Fletcher at V3 enough, when I applied for a job, she rang me the same day with lots of information and invited me to come and chat with her the next day. After Meeting Ami, she put me forward for the job and set up an interview for me and sent advice for the interview which i found very useful. She rang me the day after my interview to see how everything went and to give me feedback from my potential employer. Having Ami there to help with all the details has made the whole process relatively stress free! Thank you again!

Not so much, Charlotte Zappia at V3 Recruitment however was more than helpful! I am very satisfied with this agency. They are very efficient, they sent me the details about each job few days or at least one day before. In this way, I could plan my schedule. In the first day, when I went to a new place, I was accompanied by one of the staff member and introduced to the manager. This made my first day much easier. The staff is very friendly. The best recruitment agency that I have ever used. My recruitment agent Amani Kaptan was incredibly helpful and always more than willing to go the extra mile in helping me secure the right employment. She was there with me every step of the way offering encouragement and support. Very poor communication and I have been promised feedback from a particular employer that didn't happen. I was also promised a call back same day last week that also didn't happen.

Whilst everyone I have spoken to has been polite and pleasant, in my opinion the two people who I have come into contact with are unprofessional.

If you say you are going to do something you should do it and if you cant you should let your applicants know !

I have wasted my time with this agency.

I was contacted by Carinna Hoskins at V3 Recruitment about a vacancy I had applied for.

For the last few years I have had zero interest and absolutely no faith in recruitment agencies, having had over a dozen bad experiences with them. I have refused to speak to them on this basis and wanted nothing to do with them.

However, I can now say that my opinions have completely changed thanks to Carinna and V3.

Even the first call I received I could tell it was a highly professional person I was speaking to.

I started working for v3 in mid 2013 at Wiggle and i am currently still there. They have been very helpful in getting me a sufficient amount of work and Anna is always very polite and helpful in getting me work around my schedule.

Once i arrived i learnt quickly that V3 is very focused on teamwork and communication within the business. Trust is something of a high commodity today due to not knowing who you are giving your time to, nor knowing what promises bear weight. With that said Jessica had said to me as a labourer, after 2 weeks commitment, my rate will go up. This was not the case and after closer inspection Jess was dismissed from the company. When news of this reached the director about my rate increase, he was not made aware of the decisions made by Jess, nor was he prepared to increase my rate, due insufficient budgets.

I feel as though the Director could be paying closer attention to his staff. I know they look pleasing but he really needs to liaise better on the business side. Also I feel he could have increased my rate as a consolation.

Highly professional and modern agency. They understood my vocational strengths very quickly. An interview for a permanent position was arranged within 3 days and they invested time to personally prep me too. The interview was successful and they very kindly sent a congratulatory present and card after starting the role. Thank you V3 !!!!

Very efficient and professional but made you feel valued also.. I provided V3 with my CV and within 2 days I'm at interviews. The interviews were exactly the type of roles I wanted.. I'm now back at work.. 3 weeks after our initial contact....

Had a phone call saying they had a job opening and company wanted to interview me. Also was told the employing company had seen my cv prior to registering which was not true this info was given to me about 1 wk before I was Asked to register. I heard nothing back. Waste of time and effort along with misleading information. Will not use again or recommend just string you along to get you to register and bump their numbers up. VERY POOR

So now your threatening me by withdrawing me from vacancy unreal. I have also not heard from you I also can't ring every recruiter. This above statement speaks volumes. My time will be better spent with recruiters that keep me up to date via email or phone which there are plenty. And are actually getting me interviews. Please withdraw my cv from your files as I see no reason to be threatened.

In the past 5 years I have both worked with V3 Group and been placed by them on two occasions myself. They are a dynamic, honest and friendly company with a fresh approach to recruitment and business in general. As a charity supplying them with additional candidates for temporary roles I always find them open to helping those transitioning from benefits into the workplace and support those in-work when they can. They also exhibited at an event to local jobseekers and were the most popular stand by far with their eagerness to speak to any potential applicants.

As a candidate I am now a month away from starting a new role thanks to the foresight and hard work put in by their team and especially Sarah. She not only supported my application and championed me throughout, she assisted with interview preparation and listened to my presentation as it took shape.
