Trust is something of a high commodity today due to not knowing who you are giving your time to, nor knowing what promises bear weight. With that said Jessica had said to me as a labourer, after 2 weeks commitment, my rate will go up. This was not the case and after closer inspection Jess was dismissed from the company. When news of this reached the director about my rate increase, he was not made aware of the decisions made by Jess, nor was he prepared to increase my rate, due insufficient budgets.

I feel as though the Director could be paying closer attention to his staff. I know they look pleasing but he really needs to liaise better on the business side. Also I feel he could have increased my rate as a consolation.
