Very poor communication and I have been promised feedback from a particular employer that didn't happen. I was also promised a call back same day last week that also didn't happen.

Whilst everyone I have spoken to has been polite and pleasant, in my opinion the two people who I have come into contact with are unprofessional.

If you say you are going to do something you should do it and if you cant you should let your applicants know !

I have wasted my time with this agency.
