In no time I was offered a number of companies, among which I am now working at one of them. Guidance is really TOP.
Once working everything is well organized. Pay is always deposited on time. As an employee I no longer ask, I work and the employer deposits money as simple as that.
A few minuses such as the timesheets can be adjusted by all parties which makes it completely useless to fill in hours for the employee. Agreements are not completely fulfilled, but this is standard for an employment agency and as an employer is not flexible at all. But as a temporary employment agency, they are one of the better, I have experience with quite a few different temporary employment agencies.
This is a good agency. Short but sweet. Do what they say and say what they do.
I went to VNOM Rotterdam and my conclusion is that they are a bunch of farmers with tough, smooth talk

Bad experience with V-nom. Misleading information, zero certainty. Immediately put you on the street without salary if it suits them. For a market where there is a shortage of technical staff, it is a mystery to me that they still have existing rights with temporary employment contracts.

Had an introductory meeting at V-NOM that showed that I was suitable for a position in Rotterdam. The following month I contacted my contact Glenn van der Weerd several times to ask how it was. If he was not present it was promised that he would call back but never actually happened. After a month and a half, Glenn still insisted that there would be a conversation, but this never happened.
I am amazed at the poor communication at this company and the way in which they keep you on the line after which they do not hear from you anymore. Hard advice!
