When Vertex came to bid on my home security project (6 cameras), he explained the options clearly and did not try to sell me stuff that I did not want or need. Their pricing was reasonable and clearly broken out by item. They showed up on time and as scheduled, and their installation was clean and precise. They cleaned-up after their work was complete and then give me a detailed explanation on how to operate the system, including helping me to download the appropriate software for all my devices. This is a first-class, trustworthy company. I highly recommend them!
I moved into a new apartment on the Lower West Side and needed to replace some of the security measures in my apartment. There was an older CCTV system in place that I wanted to upgrade and also needed to replace my front door locking mechanism with a professional keypad lock. I called a few companies and decided to go with Vertex Security - they were very professional and courteous. Installation was done on the agreed upon date and took several hours. Once completed the installer explained to me in detail how to use the new CCTV system and the new Keypad Lock. Overall I am very happy with the service I received and the products I purchased with Vertex Security.

Vertex is a great guy. Helped us install 3 camera systems in our 2 locations and warehouse. 3 years later, when we moved out of one of the locations, he came back and removed it on very short notice. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again if we have any other camera needs.

We used Vertex for our SoHo real estate offices, to install 3 security cameras overseeing a team of 30 people. Not only was the price very competitive, but also the job quality was superb. Installers were very nice and professional, and were very knowledgeable on any questions I had. They did not rush me through the process, and stayed after the job was done to show me how to view footage from both my cell phone and PC.
The job itself was done quicker than I expected- they were done running wires and connecting everything within 3 hours, and even vacuumed after themselves. Noise and dirt were kept to a minimum. I was very pleased and surprised to get a follow up call the next day from my account manager, calling personally to make sure I was satisfied and asking if I had any other questions. This type of service is very hard to find in today's market, when everyone just want to get paid and then don't bother checking on the client. I warmly recommend Vertex- five stars on product, value, and most importantly- professionalism!!!

Vertex initially installed secured access points on the doors, as well as a CCTV system in our HQ 3 years ago. They did an excellent job and we haven't had any issues with either systems since.
Recently we expanded our office to another floor of the building and Vertex added more secured entry points and cameras to our existing system. This time we also required a video intercom system with remote door control. All installation and configuration was done very fast to prevent any downtime for our employees.
