My experience with Schonberg Law Office was a great one. Everyone their is professional, kind and caring. I had another law office send my case to Bruce and that ended up being a God-send. He worked quickly to assure that my law suite was filed before the 3 years were up. About a year ago I got into a pretty bad car accident, a young man who was driving half asleep crashed into my car hitting my me almost head on. My practically brand new car ended up being totaled and I sustained a sternum fracture, some injuries to my face, a couple cuts, and I believe I had a slight concussion. My fiancee was also in the car with me, luckily she had minor injuries. We went to Schonberg and our lawyer Ryan Fagen made us feel very comfortable, he was easy to talk to and was very helpful. In the end of it all Ryan was able to get us even more than he expected. I am very grateful to Ryan and the whole team at Schonberg. On 5/28/16 while at work in the Bronx, I was (physically)struck by a Fedex truck. As a result of this, I ended up with five herniated discs. Two in my neck and three in my lower back. I also have some nerve damage throughout my body. The first law firm that I was referred to was a joke, along with the workers compensation law firm that they sent me to. The doctors they sent me to were incompetent as well. Fortunately I at least had an X-ray of my neck and back to establish that there was a problem. Finally, after a year and a month went by, I was referred to Schonberg Law Office by a friend of mine and I was very happy with their service. They referred me to a new workers compensation law firm as well which finally got me my first of many MRI s.Throughout the whole process, Bruce & his staff made a bad situation very tolerable. The ladies in the office were very pleasant, patient & understanding, often helping me keep my cool with the whole situation. In the end everything worked out. I ended up having to have neck surgery to correct two of the discs & some of the nerve damage. I also ended up receiving a much bigger settlement than I thought I would. I want to give a thank you to Ryan Fagen for all of his hard work. I highly recommend Schonberg Law to everyone.
