# 3 i was trying to exchange 100$ that were given to me by 'Bank of America' in USA. The staff member of KDB accused me of trying to exchange fake 100$. I felt embbarassed and wasn't sure why she accussed me of trying to exchange a fake bill.Instead of trying to double check or call the management- she did nothing. Recommendation: train your staff better After talking to Manager: Manager Bekzod explained it to me that their new detection technology can't sem to function properly at time, so Bekzod reassured me that they will take a closer look and take steps to fix the issue.
