Unprofessional bank

Unprofessional bank
P.S. intially i gave this bank 1 star, but because of the Branch Manager Bekzod, i changed it to 4 starts
#1 no one follows queue
Recommedation: install ticketing system
After talking to Manager:
It turns out there is a ticketing system, they just didnt let the customers know that there is such option.

#2 They wont take damaged currency, even if it's a slight or tiny damage.
After talking to manager:
This is all across the board in all of Uzbekistan Banks

# 3 i was trying to exchange 100$ that were given to me by 'Bank of America' in USA. The staff member of KDB accused me of trying to exchange fake 100$.
I felt embbarassed and wasn't sure why she accussed me of trying to exchange a fake bill.Instead of trying to double check or call the management- she did nothing.
Recommendation: train your staff better
After talking to Manager:
Manager Bekzod explained it to me that their new detection technology can't sem to function properly at time, so Bekzod reassured me that they will take a closer look and take steps to fix the issue.
