Utopolis Review

Always a good selection of films to watch. Only problem is how expensive it can get.

It is a typical multiplex. Best to park at Auchan parking lot nearby.

Since the recovery the reorganization is rotten. Incredible what incompetents can achieve. No way to go to the cinema in Luxembourg.

The rooms are good but unfortunately equipped with uncomfortable armchairs (too short backrest). In addition changed since the arrival of the new operator. The old seats were much better. Wanting to save money in the wrong place ends up losing loyal customers.

If I went to see a movie in 4dx it was great I advise you to go it's fun

I do not like the reserved seats at all. You can't even select where to sit. When asked if you want to sit in the middle or at the back and you tell the cashier in the middle, you get a seat in the fourth row. Luckily there were seats available further up.

And don't get me started on those paid seats...

Large number of rooms. Very clean rooms. Recent films, see 3D. Large selection of multilingual films.

I love Kinepolis. They have nice movies, even in 3d!

Gift boxes were offered to us this year for Christmas, it was the opportunity to go see FERDINAND a cartoon for my children, arrive at the box office surprise the cartoon is in 3D, the tickets that were offered to us was not enough for the 3D and hop a supplement 1 the 3D glasses we were offered 5 the pair were 4, very comfortable places with tables we were offered for a fee of course 2 , in the final for a release offered by the family have to pay more 24 for the session in 3D + the glasses, it's abused, to see the comments I'm not the only one to think it has become overpriced a session especially when have family fate, so in the final have not been to see COCO another cartoon that was not in 3D or did not need 3D glasses, which my children had already seen, to the birthday Kino party of one of their girlfriends v When the children were disappointed we parents were annoyed, pissed off, did not receive 8 tickets in total as a gift, after that they will not make any more of your customers you are much too expensive.

Great for expats, they always have the movies in English.

Popcorn is the basis of a cinema and unfortunately here it is dry and tasteless. Still nothing to say for the rest, clean and correct for the price.

Big movie theater complex in Luxembourg. Each seats are quite comfortable .

Really great !! Very comfortable seats, clean (appart the popcorn on the floor), 4DX super well done, quality and nothing to say MAGNIFICENT. In short, I advise you to go there. Me it's been more than 7 years that I go and it just gets better.

Nice movie theater, with little food shop 'cinema-style' inside. From crackers, creme cheese, a nut bar, ice cream, beer, prosecco and the usual items like nachos with dip, popcorn, sweets etc you will find a big selection of snacks. I've never seen that in a cinema. They show English movies on a regular basis.

Upgraded seats and sound system, but i don't like the choice of more expensive "cosy" seats. But if you have the cash go for it they are cosy and they have best view

A visit to the cinema that comes with all the typical trimmings of going to the cinema. Due to the closed restaurants and no possibility of e.g. Air hockey is currently only 3 stars.

Nice and modern. Love the interior and the convenience of purchasing tickets. They are bringing the newest movies and try to attract audience with cool promotions. The 5th star is reserved for the time they make the food a bit more affordable. Come on guya, we're not in Hilton 5-Star all inclusive.

Good sound quality and definitely a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon with friends

Hmm..., we will see but I guess their are financially problems in this theatre or some one is speculating to get the place.

Minus 1 for reserved seats which nobody needs. Minus 1 for cozy seats which nobody needs. Minus one for the prices which are becoming outrageous! Especially for long movies in 3D. Monday's are "somewhat" affordable. Other than that, friendly service, finally clean theaters with clean seats! Kinepolis app sucks by the way...

I miss Utopolis... where we could get the student discount with a basic student card and not one made online and other conditions.. everything looks and feel the same as before, however we get way more adds everywhere: at the entrance, extra paper given with tickets, enf even in the overpriced food place. In my opinion, the nachos and popcorn are not nice (compared to other cinemas). I actually do not care about that too much, however, both snacks are usually popular among cinema visitors, which is why they should be good.

Movie program at 14:00 .... beginning of the movie 14:40 ??? It's typing +20 minutes of advertising !!! Disappointing for the price .....

Biggest cinema in Luxemburg, 10 auditoriums in total. You also have great food options, from sushi to mcdonalds.

Even though new seats are installed, it still looks a bit old. It's very dirty under the seats, so don't drop anything

Nice cinema, best to park in the Auchaneinkaufzentrum, is the cheapest, many restaurants to choose from, from sushi, chichi's, mc donalds, italian, vegetarian everything
